2 Sets GNMS-1000GPM Trailer Mounted Mud Recycling System for Middle East HDD Company

Recently 2 sets of GNMS-1000gpm trailer mounted mud recycling system are ready for shipment to Middle East HDD company.


Each GNMS-1000GPM system is a self- contained mud recycling unit rated at 1,000 gallons per minute (approximately 240 m³/h), configured for the three stage solids removal that HDD operations demand. The package delivered to the Middle East customer includes two complete set of 1000GPM recycling systems, two mud storage tanks, and three mixing tanks, forming a closed loop fluid management spread capable of supporting continuous drilling with minimal fresh mud make up.


Primary separation — dual shale shakers. Each system is equipped with two GNZS597K shale shakers operating as the first line of solids defense. The GN shale shaker features high vibration intensity, a large screening area, and an adjustable screen basket angle, allowing operators to tune the shaker to the ground conditions and fluid properties encountered on a given crossing. The compact, robust construction of the GN shale shaker is also well suited to the vibration and transport stresses inherent in a trailer-mounted configuration.


Secondary and tertiary separation — integrated mud cleaner. A single mud cleaner combines desander and desilter hydrocyclones with an underflow shale shaker into one space efficient package. This arrangement removes fine solids in a single compact stage, protecting downstream equipment and preserving the rheological properties of the drilling fluid. The integrated design is particularly valuable on a mobile trailer, where deck space and weight distribution are at a premium.
Fluid conditioning and storage. The two storage tanks provide capacity for processed mud; The three mixing tanks, fitted with agitators and mixing hoppers, allow the contractor to prepare fresh fluid or adjust the properties of recycled mud density, viscosity, and chemical dosing—before it is returned downhole.

1. 6 sets of drilling fluids shale shaker
As the first phase of solids control, these high-performance shakers are engineered to remove large cuttings and debris from the drilling fluid. With high G-force output and large screen areas, these six units ensure that the client can maintain high circulation rates while efficiently separating solids, protecting downstream equipment from abrasive wear.
2. 2 sets of drilling fluids mud cleaner
Positioned downstream from the shakers, these mud cleaners combine desanders and desilters in a compact unit. They are critical for removing fine sand and silt particles (15-74 microns). By integrating hydrocyclones with a fine-mesh shaker screen, these two units will allow the client to significantly reduce dilution rates and lower overall mud costs.

For fine and ultra-fine solids separation, the four decanter centrifuges represent the pinnacle of the system. The double deck shale shaker model is GNZS596K, it is drived by 2 units of ATEX explosion proof 3HP vibration motors, the vibrator is from Italy Oli, the maximum G force is up to 7.5G and it is adjustable. The top layer deck with 2pcs shaker screen and the top screen area is 1.36m2, the bottom layer deck adopted 4pcs shaker screens and the bottom screen area is 2.73m2, total screen area is 4.09m2 if use flat type shaker screen. If the bottom screen adopts pyramid screens, the total screen area is 5.18m2. The shaker deck angle adjustment is by mechanical adjustment, typically ranging from -1° to +5°.The aluminum alloy explosion proof control cabinet with the protection grade of IP56 or above, we can produce explosion proof control cabinet certified by CNEX, ATEX, IEC EX standard for option.

Recently one set of 2000HP drilling rig solids control equipments are ready for delivery to Europe. The equipments list including:


1. 3 sets of GNZS594K drilling mud shale shaker, it has 4 panel shaker screen, the vibration mode is linear motion, the reference flow rate is 140m3/h, it is drived by 2ea 1.94KW vibration motor, the vibration G force is adjustable and up to 7.5G, the total screen area is 2.73m2. The deck angle is adjustable from -1° to +5°.


2. 1 set of GNZJ594K-3S16N mud cleaner, this is a combo unit combined 3ea of 10 inch desander cone, 16ea of 4 inch desilter cone and bottom shale shaker. The treating capacity is 1500gpm.The bottom shale shaker model is GNZS594K, same with the linear motion shale shaker, the shaker screen is same 4 pcs of 585x1165mm shaker screens.
3. 1 set of GNZCQ360 vacuum degasser


4. 1 set of GNLW363D drilling fluids decanter centrifuge, the bowl diameter is 14 inch, the bowl length is 50 inch, the bowl and the screw core shaft are made of duplex stainless steel SS2304 by centrifugal casting, the other major parts are made of stainless steel 316L, the screw are protected by tungsten carbide tiles, which is interchangeable. The solids outlet and liquid outlet are protected by replaceable hard alloy sleeve.
