Recently one unit of GNMS-1000D HDD desander plant and GNMS-500D HDD desander unit, one unit of dewatering centrifuge GNLW554E-VFD, three set of mud mixing and storage system, one unit of jet mud mixer are shipping to engineering company.
The HDD/ TBM desander unit are a compact design mud cleaning system, the technical configuration is as below: Double deck shale shaker with hydrocylones as 2 phase cleaning equipment, the first phase cleaning is coarse solids separation shaker screen, normally we use API 40 or API 60 shaker screen; the second phase cleaning is fine solids separation by desander cone, the solids are drop down to the fine mesh shaker screen to collect more useful fluids. One feeding pump for desander cone are installed on the compact mud tank with electric control panel, cable connection, pipelines and accessories. The cut point of the desander unit is 40 microns. The GNMS-500D desander unit with one unit of desander cone, the treating capacity is 500gpm; GNMS-1000D deander unit with 2ea desander cone, the treating capacity is 1000gpm. The shaker screen installed on first layer and second layer are both composite material frame shaker screen, the screen locking way is by wedges.
The dewatering centrifuge GNLW554E-VFD is used after the desander unit, the separation cut point is 2 microns, it can separate most of the fine solids, the big bowl big volume decanter centrifuge can meet the requirement of big tdewatering capacity, the recovery fluids will be storage at the 3 mixing & storage tank, the jet mud mixer can mix the fluids with powder chemicals to prepare for new drilling fluids, which can be reused to save drilling cost. The pipelines between 3 mud tanks are in parallel connection, so that the jet mud mixer can mix in any tank. Each tank with its mud agitator for better mixing.
Recently GN solids control shipped mud mixing system to trenchless engineering company, the technical configuration is as below:
One transfer pump installed on one side of the mixing tank to transfer the mixed drilling mud to other place. The mixing hopper and mixing pump installed on the other side of the mixing tank with proper pipeline fittings, the man hole, clean gate, handrails and stairs are equipped on the mixing tank. The centrifugal pump head is interchangeable with famous brand centrifugal pump, the pump casing and impeller are made of hard ductile iron for better abrasion resistance.
The other mixing tank is consist of mixing hopper, and 2 shear mixing pump with its individual control panel, another transfer pump is on another side of the mixing system to transfer the mud. The pump can cut the chemicals into small pieces for better mixing performance of the chemicals, 2 each round chemical mixing tank are located in the mixing skid, with mud agitator on top of the mixing tank and liquid level meter, pipelines, valves, etc. accessories are attached. The painting and coating color is customized as per client’s requirement.
Except for mud mixing system, GN solids control can also produce dewatering centrifuge package to separate fine solids and get water recovery. The dewatering unit consists of one unit of dewatering centrifuge, 1 unit of centrifuge feeding pump, 1 unit of chemical dosing unit, 1 unit of catching tank. GN desander unit for TBM, piling engineering company should be used before the dewatering centrifuge, desander unit including 1ea double deck shale shaker and hydrocyclones ( desander or desilter), feeding pump, transfer pump and catching tank, the function is to separate coarse solids from the slurry, the fluids can be reused or treated by the dewatering centrifuge unit to get clear water.
1 unit of GNSD-90 disc stack separator and 1 unit of GNLW-454ET decanter centrifuge are shipped to our domestic client. These equipments are for separation of oil ,water and solids. The working process is as below:
The decanter centrifuge feed pump transfer the oil sludge to decanter centrifuge feed tube, in the meanwhile, the dewatering unit mixed the proper chemicals, the chemical dosing pump transfer the chemicals to static mixer and then to decanter centrifuge feed tube, the mixing oil sludge and chemicals are mixed well, so it will be easily to be separated out by decanter centrifuge, the solids size bigger than 2 microns will be separated out, the oil and water mixture fluids will flow to buffer tank, then feed to disc stack separator, to separate oil, water and little solids. The mixture fluids feed to disc centrifuge must be with solids content less than 3%, otherwise it will block the disc stack separator easily. The technical specification is as below: GNLW-454ET decanter centrifuge with bowl diameter 18 inch(450mm) , bowl length 74.5 inch (1890mm), max speed is 3500rpm, max G force is 3084G, bowl L/R ratio is 4.2, the main motor and back drive motor will be suggested by our engineer according to client’s material. The handling capacity will be also depend on the chemical to be used and treated material.
GNSD-90 disc stack separator for oil, water, solids separation: Bowl diameter is 580mm, slide piston is 500mm, the max speed is 6150rpm, max G force is 12273G, motor power is 18.5KW, the starting time is 10 to 15 minutes, the major components of the disc stack separator is the bowl, the process effect is obtained by the rotating drum with high speed. Except for decanter centrifuge and disc stack separator, to treat oil sludge, the user also need other accessories, pls contact with GN solids control for more information.

3 sets of GNLW224EP-VFD decanter centrifuge 3 sets of dewatering unit 3 sets of centrifuge feeding pump ( positive displacement pump) installed on the fluids collection tank. The working principal of 1 package of dewatering centrifuge unit is as below:
The screw pump feed the fluids to VFD decanter centrifuge, in the meanwhile, the chemical is mixed by dewatering unit and the chemical dosing pump transfer the chemical to decanter centrifuge feed tube, so the solids can be separated out easily with chemical mixing and collected by cuttings box, the fluids will drop down into the fluids collection box for reuse or send to further waste water treatment. The discharged water is clear enough since most ultra fine solids are separated out. GNLW224EP-VFD decanter centrifuge is a 9 inch bowl mini decanter centrifuge with bowl length 36.4 inch, the bowl length is longer than GNLW223 series centrifuge with longer clarification segment, the discharged water will be more clear with the longer bowl cone. The max bowl speed is 5000rpm, typical bowl speed is 0 ~ 4500 rpm, with max G force is 3077G, typical G force is 2492G, the main motor is 11KW, back drive motor power is 5.5KW, the gearbox ratio is 95:1, gearbox torque is 1400 N.M.
The VFD control panel controlled the main motor, back drive motor and feed pump motor frequency, the Germany Netzsch brand screw pump work steadily to the decanter centrifuge, the fluids touch part is wear resistance alloy iron.
