Smart modular design: 750 BBL per tank, easy shipping, small footprint.
The total capacity of 10,000 barrels is distributed across multiple tanks, with each tank capable of holding 750 BBL. This modular approach offers significant logistical advantages, allowing for ease of shipping and a remarkably small footprint at the wellsite.
Special anti-corrosion coating – works with water-based and oil-based muds, longer life.

Integrated MCC and pump skids – remote control, efficient site management.

To enhance site management and operational efficiency, the plant is equipped with an integrated Motor Control Center (MCC) and pump skids. This centralized system enables remote control of all pumping and mixing processes.
The integrated approach minimizes the need for manual intervention at the equipment level, allowing for precise control from a central command hub. This improves safety, reduces human error, and streamlines the overall fluid management process.
Also equipped with oil based drilling cuttings treatment – green and productive.
VFD Decanter centrifuge and vertical cuttings dryer are applied to treat oil based drilling cuttings.

Recently the third unit 30000bbl offshore liquid mud plant are ready for delivery to South America, this is a repeat order from our old client, we have provided 2 units of liquid mud plant successfully in the past years, the first unit is 45000bbl LMP, the second unit is 30000bbl LMP. All of them are under operation and the user is satisfied with its performance.

1. 30000bbl high capacity, built for offshore project, with stable and reliable mud supply.
2. Different phase separation to meet client’s requirement, shale shaker is to separate coarse solids, middle speed decanter centrifuge is for barite recovery, the high speed decanter centrifuge is to separate low gravity solids, also we can provide VFD decanter centrifuge from 0 to 3200rpm for different size solids separation. The dual centrifuge separation system can provide reliable separation of the collected drilling fluids from jobsite.
