GN solids control welcome our clients to take the sample materials to our facility to test by our decanter centrifuge, this is to let the client to know exactly the separation result clearly, and the operation method communication, this is a good way for the client to “watch the factory and watch the testing” before order.
GNLW224D mini decanter centrifuge is widely used to treat mining waste water recovery, industry waste water treatment, chemical slurry separation, animal waste separation, etc. projects. It is a single motor decanter centrifuge with VFD control panel, we can control the flow rate of the Netzsch brand screw pump by adjust the frequency of the motor, and set different differential speed to treat different fluids. The smaller of the differential speed, the drier of the discharged solids, the more clear of the discharged water. When increased the feeding flow rate, the discharged water might be less clear, the solids moisture is also increased. The max speed is 4500rpm, typical speed is 3800 rpm and the max G force is 2492G.
GNLW224EP-VFD is much better to treat the industry waste water, it is a 2 motor decanter centrifuge with main motor and back drive motor with VFD control panel. The smallest differential speed can be adjusted to 1 rpm, this can promise the discharged water very clear to meet the client’s requirement, and the solids moisture can also meet the limit. The max speed is 5000rpm, typical speed is 0~4500 rpm and the max G force is 3077G. The high G force ensures the better separation of the fine solids.

This week GN solids control shipped one batch of mud transfer pumps and mud agitators to Asia client. The centrifugal pumps are 100% interchangeable with world famous brand centrifugal pump, we can provide bare pump head and all the parts and the whole centrifugal pump with motor, skid, coupler, and control panel.
Features of GN centrifugal pump:
1. The impeller and pump casing is made of hard ductile iron alloy, which is abrasion resistant material and can longer the working life of the centrifugal pump. Different with the other competitors grey steel material, it is easily break.
2. The bearing is top brand bearing for reliable operation, the client do not need to repair the pump time and time and delay their operation.
3. The mechanical seal is also an important wear parts for the centrifugal pump, for better sealing and zero leakage and longer working life.
4. The mounting skid of the centrifugal pump is made from casting instead of welding to provide the reliable operation and less vibration for longer working life.
Mud agitator is one of the mixer equipment to be installed on top of the mud tank, together with tank bottom mud gun for better agitating and mixing of the drilling fluids in the mud tank, to prevent the drilling fluids to be accumulated in the tank bottom. Below is the photo of GN drilling waste management system working for CNPC project successfully, the client is satisfied with the performance, the oil on the cuttings is below 5%, it can meet the environmental regulation for landfill or for disposal. If the user need the OOC to be lower than 1%, we have Thermal desorption unit, the drilling waste management system can be used before TDU, it can save energy and save the operation cost of the TDU for the user.
The drilling waste management system consists of VFD decanter centrifuge, vertical cuttings dryer, screw pump for feeding the centrifuge, screw pump as flushing pump of vertical cuttings dryer, mud tank for collection of the centrifuge fluids.
The features of the GN decanter centrifuge: The goods quality and proper design can ensure the goods separation performance of the decanter centrifuge.
1) All the centrifuge bowl is made of duplex stainless steel 2205 or 2304, which is better than SS316 and SS304, the other components are made of SS316. The screw is made of SS304 by heating treatment.
2) The solids discharge port and fluids distribution port is interchangeable and protected by tungsten alloy.
3) The bearing is SKF brand bearing to ensure the longer working life.
