4 packages of workover drilling rig solids control equipments are ready for shipment to Indonesia project. The equipment list including:


8 sets of GNZS593K drilling fluids shale shaker, it is a 3 panel shale shaker with 3pcs of 585x1165mm composite material frame shaker screens, the shaker screens produced by GN solids control is compliant with API RP13C standard.


4 sets of GNZS593K-2S12N mud cleaner with feeding pump, the treating capacity is 1000gpm with 2ea of 10 inch desander cone, 12 ea of 4 inch desilter cone, the bottom shale shaker is same with the linear motion shale shaker GNZS593K.


4 sets of vacuum degasser, it is a horizontal type vacuum degasser used to remove gas from gas cut mud, it can be applied for Suitable for Oil Based Mud, Water Based Mud, Synthetic based Mud. The vacuum pump suction create a negative pressure inside the vacuum tank, under the action of atmospheric pressure, the mud enters the hollow shaft of the rotor through the suction pipe, and sprays towards the tank wall through the windows. Through the suction of the vacuum pump and separation of gas water separator, the gas is discharged to a safe area.


8 sets of jet shearing hopper, With mud shearing venturies, discharge nozzles, sack cutting tables & isolation valves, operation table and angle port. It can be used to make up drilling fluid, to change the density, viscosity, dehydration, acid-base property etc. The centrifugal pump as mixing pump to work together with jet shearing hopper.

Recently one set of 2000HP Drilling Rig Solids Control System for Indian Drilling Company, this is the repeat order from the drilling company, they already purchased one set of 3000 HP rig solids control system. The features of the 2000HP rig solids control system including:

1000HP Drilling Rig Mud Tank System for China Drilling Company

Recently one set of 1000HP rig mud tank system are ready for delivery for China drilling company. This is a customized mud tank system according to client’s requirement, the technical configuration is as below:


4 sets of mud tanks with tank accessories, electric control system
Drilling fluids shale shaker: GNZS594K, 2 units , this is the updated model of GNZS594J shale shaker, equipped with 4 panel shaker screens, total screen area is up to 2.73m2, it is drived by 2ea of Italy Oil brand vibration motor, the vibration strength is up to 7.6G and it is adjustable, the deck angle is adjustable mechanically while operation. The shaker screen is also produced by GN solids control which is produced compliant with API RP13C standard.


Mud cleaner: 1 unit of GNZJ594K-2S12N, it is a combination of 2 ea desander cone, 12 ea desilter cone and GNZS594K bottom shale shaker, the treating capacity is 1000gpm.
Vacuum degasser: GNZCQ270, 1 unit

Deep-well drilling rig Mud tank system for Coalfield Geology

Recently one set of deep well drilling rig mud tank system for coalfield geology are ready for delivery for China drilling company. The mud tank system consists of 4 sets of mud tanks, 1 set of shale shaker, 1 set of mud cleaner, 1 set of middle speed decanter centrifuge and pumps, mud agitators, mixing hopper, etc.


The shale shaker model is GNZS594, which is a 4 panel linear motion shale shaker as primary separation of the solids control system, installed 4ea of composite material frame shaker screens on the shaker, the vibration strength is adjustable and up to 7.5G, the deck angle can be adjustable synchronously from both sides during working manually. The total screen area is 2.73m2.


The mud cleaner GNZS594J-2S12N is a combination of desander cone, desilter cone and 4 panel bottom shale shaker, with the same dimension shaker screen with shale shaker.The desander cone and desilter cone acts as the second phase separation and the third phase separation of the solids control system. Two units of centrifugal pump are as feeding pump of the desander cone and desilter cone.
The 4 sets of customized designed mud tanks installed with proper quantities of mud agitator, mud gun, mixing hopper and mud tank accessories, electrical control system.


The middle speed decanter centrifuge GNLW452 acts as the fourth phase separation equipment of the solids control system, the separation cut point is 5~7 microns.
