1. 6 sets of drilling fluids shale shaker
As the first phase of solids control, these high-performance shakers are engineered to remove large cuttings and debris from the drilling fluid. With high G-force output and large screen areas, these six units ensure that the client can maintain high circulation rates while efficiently separating solids, protecting downstream equipment from abrasive wear.
2. 2 sets of drilling fluids mud cleaner
Positioned downstream from the shakers, these mud cleaners combine desanders and desilters in a compact unit. They are critical for removing fine sand and silt particles (15-74 microns). By integrating hydrocyclones with a fine-mesh shaker screen, these two units will allow the client to significantly reduce dilution rates and lower overall mud costs.
3. 4 sets of drilling fluids decanter centrifuge
For fine and ultra-fine solids separation, the four decanter centrifuges represent the pinnacle of the system. Operating at variable speeds, these centrifuges will recover barite, remove colloidal solids, and ensure that the drilling fluid maintains the precise density and viscosity required for challenging Middle Eastern formations. GN decanter centrifuge has been widely used for drilling mud cleaning, drilling cuttings treatment, oil sludge cleaning and other industrial waste water solids liquid separation.
