The GN ZCQ Series Vacuum Degasser is a specialized device designed for the effective treatment of gas-contaminated drilling fluids. In modern drilling operations, the intrusion of gases such as methane, carbon dioxide, or hydrogen sulfide can severely compromise mud properties, leading to reduced density, unstable viscosity, and potentially catastrophic well control hazards.
GN vacuum degasser utilizes the suction function of the vacuum pump to create a negative pressure inside the vacuum tank. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the mud enters the hollow shaft of the rotor through the suction pipe, and then sprays towards the tank wall through the windows around the hollow shaft. Through the suction of the vacuum pump and the separation of the gas-water separator, gas is discharged to a safe area through the exhaust pipe, and mud is discharged from the slurry outlet through centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller driven by the main motor.

As the first phase of solids control, these high-performance shakers are engineered to remove large cuttings and debris from the drilling fluid. With high G-force output and large screen areas, these six units ensure that the client can maintain high circulation rates while efficiently separating solids, protecting downstream equipment from abrasive wear.
2. 2 sets of drilling fluids mud cleaner
Positioned downstream from the shakers, these mud cleaners combine desanders and desilters in a compact unit. They are critical for removing fine sand and silt particles (15-74 microns). By integrating hydrocyclones with a fine-mesh shaker screen, these two units will allow the client to significantly reduce dilution rates and lower overall mud costs.
