1. Two sets of diesel driven hydraulic decanter centrifuge GNLW223D-FHD

for diamond core drilling waste water treatment project. GNLW223D-FHD hydraulic centrifuge system for the solid-liquid separation of coring drilling mud. It can operate without an electrical power supply, using a diesel engine to supply power, and a hydraulic driven centrifuge and feeding pump to carry out drilling mud treatment, prepare drilling mud, recover drilling fluid, reduce drilling waste, and meet environmental protection requirements.
2. One set of GNLW363D-VFD variable speed decanter centrifuge for oil drilling solids control system, it is a high-performance variable-frequency-drive decanter centrifuge. GNLW363D decanter centrifuge – Acting as the secondary or polishing stage, this high speed decanter centrifuge removes ultra fine solids (down to 2–5 microns), allowing the recycled mud to maintain proper rheology and density for extended re-use.

Two Package Drilling rig Solids Control Equipment for Middle East Client

1. 6 sets of drilling fluids shale shaker
As the first phase of solids control, these high-performance shakers are engineered to remove large cuttings and debris from the drilling fluid. With high G-force output and large screen areas, these six units ensure that the client can maintain high circulation rates while efficiently separating solids, protecting downstream equipment from abrasive wear.
2. 2 sets of drilling fluids mud cleaner
Positioned downstream from the shakers, these mud cleaners combine desanders and desilters in a compact unit. They are critical for removing fine sand and silt particles (15-74 microns). By integrating hydrocyclones with a fine-mesh shaker screen, these two units will allow the client to significantly reduce dilution rates and lower overall mud costs.


3. 4 sets of drilling fluids decanter centrifuge
For fine and ultra-fine solids separation, the four decanter centrifuges represent the pinnacle of the system. Operating at variable speeds, these centrifuges will recover barite, remove colloidal solids, and ensure that the drilling fluid maintains the precise density and viscosity required for challenging Middle Eastern formations. GN decanter centrifuge has been widely used for drilling mud cleaning, drilling cuttings treatment, oil sludge cleaning and other industrial waste water solids liquid separation.

Three units double deck shale shakers and mud cleaner shipped to Drilling company

Three sets of double deck shale shakers and one set of combo unit mud cleaner are ready for delivery to international drilling company, this is their repeat order for the double deck shale shaker and mud cleaner.


The double deck shale shaker model is GNZS596K, it is drived by 2 units of ATEX explosion proof 3HP vibration motors, the vibrator is from Italy Oli, the maximum G force is up to 7.5G and it is adjustable. The top layer deck with 2pcs shaker screen and the top screen area is 1.36m2, the bottom layer deck adopted 4pcs shaker screens and the bottom screen area is 2.73m2, total screen area is 4.09m2 if use flat type shaker screen. If the bottom screen adopts pyramid screens, the total screen area is 5.18m2. The shaker deck angle adjustment is by mechanical adjustment, typically ranging from -1° to +5°.The aluminum alloy explosion proof control cabinet with the protection grade of IP56 or above, we can produce explosion proof control cabinet certified by CNEX, ATEX, IEC EX standard for option.


The mud cleaner is a combo unit with bottom shale shaker, 3ea desander cone, 20 ea desilter cone, the bottom shale shaker is GNZS594K, which is a 4 panel shale shaker installed same dimension shaker screen with shale shaker. The treating capacity is 1500gpm. The shaker screen is GN produced composite material frame shaker screen comply with API RP13C.
