Recently one set of small solids liquid separation unit and one package of decanter centrifuge are shipped to Europe client.
The technical configuration of the small solids liquid separation unit is as below:


1) 1 unit of 2 panel shale shaker GNZS752F installed 2 pcs composite material frame shaker screens, we can produce shaker screen from API 20 to API 300 comply with API RP13C standard. The shale shaker is to separate coarse solids from the fluids and reduce the solids content.
2) 1 unit of decanter centrifuge GNLW223D-VFD with feeding pump, the max capacity is 130L/min, normal capacity for waste water is 100L/min, the bowl length is 26.4 inch with ratio 3.


3) 1 unit of mud tank to install the decanter centrifuge and shale shaker on top, the feeding pump is installed on the skid of the tank.
4) One set of electric control system to control all the motors, all the equipments are labled and certified with CE.


Besides the solids liquid separation unit for drilling, the client also required one package of decanter centrifuge GNLW224E, the bowl diameter is 9 inch (220mm), bowl length is 36.4 inch (924mm), the ratio of bowl length/ bowl diameter is 4.2, which is much bigger than GNLW223D, which with bowl length 670mm/ bowl diameter 220mm =3. The fluids will stay in the bowl for longer time and the discharged water is more clear. The max bowl speed is 5000rpm, the typical bowl speed is 0 ~ 4500 rpm. The max G force is up to 3077G, the typical G force is 2492G, with main motor 11KW, back drive motor 5.5KW, the gearbox ratio is 95:1, the gearbox torch is 1400 N.M. The decanter centrifuge are installed on the frame for convenient lifting and transportation, the catch tank under the decanter centrifuge to collect the discharged fluids.

WBM waste treatment system technical specification:
1) High G drying shaker to separate coarse solids from the drilling waste,
2) VFD decanter centrifuge to separate fine solids from the drilling fluids, the chemical dosing system add chemicals into the waste water to improve the separation performance and efficiency.

The working principal of the decanter centrifuge to separate fine solids from the fluids is as below:
The bowl and the screw ( inside the bowl) rotate by the same direction with a differential speed. the waste water is fed to the screw shaft by the centrifuge feeding pump, under the centrifugal force working, the solids desposited to the bowl wall and the solids is continuously pushed to the cone section of the centrifuge bowl and discharged to solids distribution port. Because of the gravity difference, the fluids overflows to the liquid distribution port which is in big end of the bowl. The straight bowl material is made of duplex stainless steel 2205 or 2304 by centrifugal casting, as clarification phase, the cone section is made of stainless steel 316L, which is as extrusion drying area. To adjust the differential speed by VFD control panel is very important operation for VFD decanter centrifuge, it will influence the decanter centrifuge separation performance a lot, the user should read the operation manual carefully and to be trained to input correct differential speed by the touch screen and controlled by PLC smart control.


The flow rate can be controlled by adjust the frequency of pump motor. When start the decanter centrifuge, the flow rate should be set properly in case that high flow rate lead the too high electricity currency which will burn the motor.
After treated by decanter centrifuge, most of the ultra fine solids up to 1 microns will be separated out and get relative pure water.

Recently one set of CBM drilling rig mud solids control system are ready for shipment for coal development company. The technical configuration is as below:


1) 2 units of GNZS703F shale shaker to separate coarse solids from the drilling mud, the composite material frame shaker screens with stainless steel material wire mesh are installed on the shale shaker, the average working life is 300 ~ 700 hours, each shale shaker are drived by 2ea Italy Oli brand vibration motor, the total screen area for one shale shaker is 2.73m2, we can provide shaker screens from API 20 to API 325 for different client’s requirement.


2) 1 unit of GNZJ752F-1S desander cleaner with bottom shaker to separate the particle solids 45 microns to 75 microns, the treating capacity is up to 500gpm, the desander cone material is 100% PU for longer working life
3) 1 unit of GNZJ752F-8N desilter cleaner with bottom shaker to separate the solids size 20 microns to 45 microns, the treating capacity is up to 500gpm, the desilter cone material is 100% polyurethane for wear resistance


4) 4 units of Mud tanks, 2 ea shale shaker and desander, desilter are installed on top of mud tank, tank accessories and electric control system are attached.
5) 1 unit of Jet mud mixer, including venturi hopper and mixing pump
6) 3 units of Centrifugal pumps, which is 100% interchangeable with world famous brand pump, the pump casing and impeller are made of hard ductile iron for better abrasion resistance.
7) 1 unit of decanter centrifuge to separate fine solids from 5 microns to 7 microns, to reduce the solids content. The submersible slurry pump will transfer the clean fluids to decanter centrifuge from desilter compartment, the clean fluids are collected in the mud tank.
8) Several units of mud agitator

Recently one unit of mud cleaning system for offshore platform is ready for shipment. Different with normal design drilling mud cleaning system for onshore drilling, the mud cleaning system for offshore is with different features, like compact design, convenient transportation, offshore lifting frame, explosion proof standard to meet offshore drilling requirement, painting and coating to meet offshore requirement for better corrosion resistance.


The technical configuration is as below:
1) One unit of linear motion shale shaker, the discharged solids are collected by buffer box and collected by screw conveyor, which can transfer the drilling waste to cuttings box. The shale shaker are installed on the mud tank with offshore standard lifting pad, it needs to be lifted to the offshore platform frequently, the safety should be assured. All the mud tank pipelines are layout outside for convenient maintenance and operation. All the valves, fittings, flanges are all oil resistance material for longer working life. The shale shaker equipped with 2 ea Italy Oil brand vibration motor, the shaker screens are produced comply with API RP13C standard, with 3 layers stainless steel material wire mesh, composite material frame for longer working life. The shaker screens fixing method is by wedges.


2) One unit of mud cleaner (desander, desilter and shale shaker 3 in 1), the desander cone and desilter cone are all made of 100% polyurethane material for longer working life. The bottom shale shaker is same model with the shale shaker, the shaker screens are with same dimension. The shaker deck bottom are made of stainless steel material for better corrosion resistance.
3) Centrifugal pump, the pump casing and impeller such wear parts are made of ductile hard alloy for longer working life, FAG brand bearing for reliable operation. We can get offshore lifting pad certificate as per client’s requirement.

Recently 2 sets of offshore drilling mud cleaner are ready for shipment, the difference of the offshore used mud cleaner with onshore drilling mud cleaner is the lifting point and explosion proof vibration and starter. The lifting pad system conforms to DNV 2.7-1 or CCS lifting certificate to meet for offshore drilling. We can make customized design equipments according to different requirements.


The mud cleaner equipped with 3 ea of 10 inch desander cone and 16 ea of 4 inch desilter cone, all of the hydrocyclones are made of 100% composite material for longer working life, especially when the solids content is very high, we will use metal cover outside the polyurethane material cone in case that the hydrocyclone will be easily deformed and damaged. 2 units of 1.72KW vibration motor from Italy Oli or US Martin brand are used to drive the bottom drying shaker. The lifting frame with offshore approved lifting pad is designed for convenient lifting the equipment from land to offshore rig. We can provide different explosion proof standard motor and starter based on different requirement.


The mud cleaner with a 4 panel screen bottom shale shaker to recovery more useful drilling fluids. All of the screens are composite material frame shaker screen with stainless steel 316 wire mesh, we use 3 layers of wire mesh for all the API mesh over API60, which has been widely used in different countries for oil drilling rig for treatment of different types drilling fluids, the working life is from 300 to 700 hours.
