Recently, GN Solids Control completed a large order and is preparing it for shipment to an African client. The shipment includes 10 sets of GNLW453D-VFD big bowl mud decanter centrifuges and telescopic skid, 5 sets of GNCD930G vertical cuttings dryer systems, 10 sets of feeding pumps, 10 sets of screw conveyors, and other equipments. All of these units have been tested, inspected, and packed, ready for delivery.

The GNLW453D-VFD is a high capacity decanter centrifuge designed for drilling mud and waste management. Its big bowl design improves separation efficiency and processing capacity, while the VFD control system allows operators to adjust bowl speed and differential speed according to actual mud conditions. This helps recover more valuable drilling fluid, reduce waste volume, and improve overall solids control performance. The matching skid ensured stable operation and convenient installation on site.

The GNCD930G vertical cuttings dryer is widely used for treating oil based and synthetic based drilling cuttings. It recovers valuable drilling fluid from cuttings and reduces the oil content in discharged solids, helping clients meet environmental requirements and lower disposal costs. The 5 vertical cuttings dryer systems will work together with the decanter centrifuges to form an efficient drilling waste management process.

In addition, the 10ea feeding pumps and 10ea screw conveyors are included to ensure smooth material transfer throughout the system. The pumps feed drilling mud to the centrifuges, while the screw conveyors transport solids between different processing units. This complete package provides a reliable and integrated solution for drilling waste treatment.
Before shipment, each unit was carefully inspected and tested to ensure quality and performance. The equipment is now being prepared for long-distance transportation to Africa. Once installed, the system will help the client improve drilling fluid recovery, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
We look forward to supporting the successful operation of this project in Africa.
