4 packages of workover drilling rig solids control equipments are ready for shipment to Indonesia project. The equipment list including:


8 sets of GNZS593K drilling fluids shale shaker, it is a 3 panel shale shaker with 3pcs of 585x1165mm composite material frame shaker screens, the shaker screens produced by GN solids control is compliant with API RP13C standard.


4 sets of GNZS593K-2S12N mud cleaner with feeding pump, the treating capacity is 1000gpm with 2ea of 10 inch desander cone, 12 ea of 4 inch desilter cone, the bottom shale shaker is same with the linear motion shale shaker GNZS593K.


4 sets of vacuum degasser, it is a horizontal type vacuum degasser used to remove gas from gas cut mud, it can be applied for Suitable for Oil Based Mud, Water Based Mud, Synthetic based Mud. The vacuum pump suction create a negative pressure inside the vacuum tank, under the action of atmospheric pressure, the mud enters the hollow shaft of the rotor through the suction pipe, and sprays towards the tank wall through the windows. Through the suction of the vacuum pump and separation of gas water separator, the gas is discharged to a safe area.


8 sets of jet shearing hopper, With mud shearing venturies, discharge nozzles, sack cutting tables & isolation valves, operation table and angle port. It can be used to make up drilling fluid, to change the density, viscosity, dehydration, acid-base property etc. The centrifugal pump as mixing pump to work together with jet shearing hopper.
The mud tank system including mud agitator, centrifugal pump, mud gun, mud tank pipelines, accessories and electrical control system will be produced locally by Indonesia partner.

HDD Mud Mixing Tank and Mud Cleaning Unit for Middle East Customer

Recently one batch of HDD mud mixing tank and mud cleaning unit are ready for delivery to Middle East client.


Part one is HDD mud mixing tank, including Mud mixing hopper, centrifugal pump ( as mixing pump), centrifugal pump ( as transfer pump to transfer the mud after mixing to other tanks or HDD drilling machine), Mud agitator, mud mixing tank (20ft container size) with tank accessories and electrical control system and lighting.


Part two is HDD mud cleaning unit, including 1 set of 4 panel shale shaker, 1 set of linear motion mud cleaner, 2 unit of mud cleaner feeding pump, 1 set of mud tank (20ft container size) with tank accessories and electric control system, 1 set of lifting frame, lightings. The lifting frame is for convenient lifting of the shale shaker and mud cleaner at one time.
Part three is separate centrifugal pump with control panel.
It is a customized HDD mud recycling system for our client, we also have standard HDD mud recycling system for HDD, bored pile project, CBM, water well drilling and geothermal drilling, TBM, diamond core drilling, etc. applications.


We have 2 types of HDD mud recycling system for different requirement, one is economy mud recycling system, including GNMS-200K with 200gpm treating capacity, GNMS-500K with 500gpm treating capacity, GNMS-1000K with 1000gpm treating capacity.
The other type is self contained mud recycling system, including GNMS-200B with 200gpm treating capacity, GNMS-400B with 400gpm treating capacity, GNMS-600B with 600gpm treating capacity, GNMS-1000B with 1000 gpm treating capacity.
We can make the mud system as skid mounted mud system , it can be loaded on the container trailer for movement; it can be made as hydraulic jack up mud system and trailer mounted mud system.

GN Shale Shaker and Mud Cleaner for offshore drilling platform

One batch of shale shaker and mud cleaner are ready for shipment for offshore drilling platform.
The shale shaker model is GNZS596K, it is a double deck shale shaker with 6pcs shaker screens, top layer with 2pcs shaker screen, bottom layer with 4pcs shaker screen, each shaker screen dimension is 585x1165mm, total screen area is 4.09m2, the deck angle is -1°~+5°, the shale shaker is drived by 2ea 2.2KW vibration motor. The reference treating capacity is 140m3/h.


The shale shaker is closed by anti splash cover, with flushing nozzle system to washing the screen.


The mud cleaner is 1500gpm linear motion shale shaker, it is a combination unit of desander cone, desilter cone and GNZS594K bottom shaker. The technical specification including 3 ea of 10 inch desander cone, 16 ea of 4 inch desilter cone, bottom shale shaker GNZS594K. The bottom capacity is 600gpm, which is drived by 2ea of 1.94KW vibration motor, the vibration G force is≤7.5G, 4 pcs 585x1165mm shaker screen with total screen area 2.73m2, the deck adjustable angle is -1°~+5°. GN Shaker Screen has been tested by third party lab according to API RP 13C standard (ISO13501). GN production quality management system has passed the API Q1 and ISO 9001.
The double deck 6 panel shale shaker and mud cleaner can be installed on top of offshore drilling platform. Drilling Mud Recycling Unit and Decanter Centrifuges for overseas client

Recently one batch of drilling mud recycling unit and decanter centrifuges are ready for delivery to overseas client, including 2 sets of GNMS-500K drilling fluids recycling unit and 3 sets of GNLW364GT decanter centrifuge.
GNMS-500K drilling fluids recycling unit is economic type mud recycling system with treating capacity 500gpm. The technical configuration is as below:


Separation cut point 25 microns, total power is 25KW, and transferring tank volume is 3.4m3. With a mud cleaner GNZS754K-Y8N, adjustable G force ≤7.5 G, the top layer screen area 1.4m2, bottom layer screen area 1.4m2, 8ea of 4 inch desilter cone, desilter feeding pump GN100YZ100-30J. It is a compact design mud cleaning unit, which can be applied for trenchless HDD project, bored pile project, micro TBM, diamond drilling, water well drilling, etc.
Except for GNMS-500K drilling mud recycling unit, GN also produce GNMS-200K with treating capacity 200gpm, GNMS-1000K with treating capacity 1000gpm for drilling mud cleaning.


GNLW364GT decanter centrifuge is a 14 inch bowl T series dewatering decanter centrifuge, bowl length is 1520mm, bowl L/R ratio is 4.2, the max G force is 3200rpm, and max speed is 3964rpm, the T series decanter centrifuge bowl is interchangeable with Y series and C series bowl which is produced by GN solids control. The features is as below:
1. 8.5 degree beach angle to make the centrifuge cone section longer, so the drying and dewatering area is longer, which will improve the decanter centrifuge’s dewatering performance better, the discharged solids will be drier.
2. The centrifuge bowl is made of duplex stainless steel SS2205 or SS2304 by centrifugal casting, which is superior to the performance of SS304 and SS316L.
3. The screw propeller is protected by replaceable wear resistant alloy plate with longer service life

Recently one set of 750HP Workover Rig Solids Control System are ready for delivery to China oilfield service company.
The typical features of 750 HP rig including:

2) 2 sets of drilling fluids shale shaker GNZS594K, GNZS594K shale shaker is the lastest version linear motion shale shaker produced by GN solids control, it is a 4 panel shale shaker installed 4pcs of 585x1165mm composite material frame shaker screen. The shale shaker is drived by 2ea 2.6HP vibration motors, the max G force is 7.5G and it is adjustable.
3) 1 set of mud cleaner GNZS594K-2S12NK, it is desander, desilter, shale shaker 3 in 1 combination mud cleaner, the 10 inch desander cone qty is 2ea, the 4 inch desilter cone qty is 12 ea, the treating capacity of the mud cleaner is 1000gpm, 2ea centrifugal pumps are installed on the tank skid as feeding pump of the desander cone and desilter cone.


4) 1 set of middle speed decanter centrifuge GNLW452D, it has been widely used for barite recovery. If you need to separate the low gravity solids further, we can use GNLW363 or GNLW363-VFD decanter centrifuge.
