Recently 2 sets of GNOST-05C oil sludge treatment system are ready for delivery. The oil sludge treatment system is customized design as per client’s requirement, including pre-mixing tank module, chemical dosing unit, three phase decanter centrifuge separation module and three phase disc centrifuge separation module.


The pre-mixing tank module is used to receive the oil sludge from picking up pump, supply heating steam to the pipelines inside mud tank to heat the oil sludge up to 60 ~70°C, add proper chemicals and the mud agitator will mix it continuously, the screw pump will transfer the well mixed oil sludge to 3 phase decanter centrifuge separation module together with chemical dosing unit.


The 3 phase decanter centrifuge module consist of 3 phase decanter centrifuge, mud agitator, water collection tank, oil catching tank, to get discharged water, oil and separated solids.


The 3 phase disc centrifuge separation module consists of 3 phase disc separator, oil buffer tank with oil pump, water buffer tank with water pump, the oily fluids is feed to three phase disc separator to get clear water, oil and few solids. The separation result of 3 phase decanter centrifuge and 3 phase disc centrifuge is different to meet different client’s treatment requirement, the maintenance cost and operation procedure is also different.

Double Deck shale shaker and cuttings dryer for Africa drilling company

One set of double deck shale shaker and one set of vertical cuttings dryer are ready for shipment to Africa for drilling cuttings treatment system.
The double deck shale shaker will be applied as high G force drying shaker to separate the coarse solids, it can be used for both water based drilling cuttings and oil based drilling cuttings. The anti splash cover on the top to prevent the drilling mud from splashing. The top layer and bottom layer total 6pcs shaker screens are composite material frame for longer working life and better separation performance.


The vertical cuttings dryer is ideal equipment to be used for oil based drilling cuttings treatment, after treatment, the oil content on the cuttings is below 5%, the fluids will flow to an intermediate tank, then feed the fluids to decanter centrifuge for further treatment, the fine solids will be separated out by decanter centrifuge, the fluids can be reused for drilling. Before treated by decanter centrifuge, the fluids can be treated by drying shaker to reduce solids content, it will increase the decanter centrifuge treating capacity and performance, also it can prevent the centrifuge bowl from damaged by the high solids content.

22inch Big Bowl Decanter Centrifuges for Asia Oilfield Service Company

Recently one batch of 22 inch big bowl decanter centrifuges ready for delivery to Asia oilfield service company. It is used to treat different types drilling fluids for the drilling rig.


The features of GN 22 inch big bowl decanter centrifuge is as below:
1. Adjustable speed VFD control panel drived centrifuge for convenient operation, we have ATEX, IEC EX zone 1 and zone 2 for option based on different client’s requirement.
As ambient temperature, self cooling system or air conditioner can be applied for VFD cooling.


2. Big bowl big volume, 22 inch bowl diameter, 71 inch bowl length, with max speed up to 3000rpm, max G force is up to 2719G. The max treating capacity is up to 500gpm for big volume treatment.
3. The bowl and screw core shaft are made of duplex stainless steel SS2205 by centrifugal casting, better than SS316L and SS304. The other parts are all made of stainless steel for better corrosion resistance.
4. The screw propeller is protected by tungsten carbide tiles which is replaceable once damaged.
5. The fluids distribution port and solids discharge port is protected by replaceable tungsten carbide alloy.

The maintenance of the centralized lubrication system of GN vertical cuttings dryer is very easy, the user need to clean the oil tank regularly. If found abnormal, remove the screws at the four corners of the oil tank to separate the oil tank from others, tighten the 4 screws of the upper cover and oil tank. The mud discharged through the screen basket gap contains solid particles, which will damage the screen basket. When the solids layer increased to specific gap, the screen basket need to be replaced, otherwise the drilling cuttings dryness can not meet the technical requirement. Regularly check the wear of screen basket scraper, and adjust the gap between the scraper and the screen basket to keep the gap in a normal range.

High G Drying Shaker and Decanter Centrifuge for Oman Project

Recently one batch of high G drying shaker and decanter centrifuge are ready for shipment to Oman, including screw conveyor transfer hopper, high G drying shaker module, decanter centrifuge module. The technical configuration is as below:


1. High G drying shaker module, GNZS594J high G drying shaker installed on the mud tank, with screw conveyor transfer system to transfer the drilling cuttings automatically. Four panel composite material frame shaker screens with 2 or 3 layers of stainless steel wire mesh are installed on the shale shaker, the shaker screen is produced comply with API RP13C standard.


2. Decanter centrifuge module, GNLW363D decanter centrifuge installed on the mud tank, with screw conveyor transfer system to transfer the discharged solids to cuttings collection box automatically. Also we can provide variable frequency drive decanter centrifuge with better treatment performance.
Firstly the drilling cuttings are feeding to high G drying shaker to separate coarse solids and reduce the solids content, the fluids will drop into the mud tank under the high G drying shaker, the screw pump will feed the fluids to high speed decanter centrifuge to separate fine solids from the drilling fluids, the clean fluids will be recycled and back to solids control system to prepare for new drilling fluids, the drilling cuttings are transferred by the screw conveyor.
This system is customized designed for water based mud drilling cuttings treatment project in Oman, with electric control system and electric motor compliant with ATEX standard.
