Solids Control equipments ready for delivery

One batch of solids control equipments are ready for delivery for our international client, this is the third time repeat order from the same client. The solids control equipments purchased is for their solids control service contract. The equipments list including:
1. Decanter centrifuge, GN solids control can produce both fixed speed decanter centrifuge and VFD decanter centrifuge, the most popular model is 14 inch bowl decanter centrifuge. It can be used for both solids control drilling fluids treatment and drilling waste treatment system.


2. Vertical cutting dryer, it can be used for oil based drilling cuttings treatment, after treatment, the oil on the cuttings could be reach below 5%.
3. Screw pump, we have fixed speed screw pump and variable speed screw pump, it can be used as decanter centrifuge feeding pump and vertical cuttings dryer flushing pump.


4. Screw conveyor, we have fixed speed screw conveyor and variable speed screw conveyor, it can be used to collect the drilling cuttings from solids control shale shaker, and transfer to vertical cuttings dryer feeding port.
5. Vacuum pump, it can be used to transfer drilling waste cuttings, also it can be used to collect spilled drilling waste from the rig platform.
6. High G drying shaker, it can be used to treat water based drilling cuttings, and it can be used to reduce the solids content from the drilling waste, so the treating capacity of the decanter centrifuge can be improved.
All equipment has undergone factory acceptance testing (FAT) and is packed in export-grade, weatherproof packaging to ensure safe ocean freight transit. Delivery is scheduled for next week, with a company technician available for remote or on-site commissioning assistance as part of the service contract agreement.

Drilling Fluids Solids Control Centrifuge Unit for overseas drilling company

1. Two sets of diesel driven hydraulic decanter centrifuge GNLW223D-FHD

for diamond core drilling waste water treatment project. GNLW223D-FHD hydraulic centrifuge system for the solid-liquid separation of coring drilling mud. It can operate without an electrical power supply, using a diesel engine to supply power, and a hydraulic driven centrifuge and feeding pump to carry out drilling mud treatment, prepare drilling mud, recover drilling fluid, reduce drilling waste, and meet environmental protection requirements.
2. One set of GNLW363D-VFD variable speed decanter centrifuge for oil drilling solids control system, it is a high-performance variable-frequency-drive decanter centrifuge. The VFD technology allows operators to adjust the bowl speed and differential speed in real time, optimizing separation efficiency according to changing drilling fluid properties and solids load.

GNZS593K shale shaker features a large screening area (three panels) and high G-force exciter design. It removes coarse drill cuttings and large solids as the primary separation stage, ensuring that only fine particles are passed to the centrifuge.
GNLW363D decanter centrifuge – Acting as the secondary or polishing stage, this high speed decanter centrifuge removes ultra fine solids (down to 2–5 microns), allowing the recycled mud to maintain proper rheology and density for extended re-use.

Two Package Drilling rig Solids Control Equipment for Middle East Client

Recently two package of drilling rig solids control equipments are shipping to Middle east client. The equipments list including:


1. 6 sets of drilling fluids shale shaker
As the first phase of solids control, these high-performance shakers are engineered to remove large cuttings and debris from the drilling fluid. With high G-force output and large screen areas, these six units ensure that the client can maintain high circulation rates while efficiently separating solids, protecting downstream equipment from abrasive wear.
2. 2 sets of drilling fluids mud cleaner
Positioned downstream from the shakers, these mud cleaners combine desanders and desilters in a compact unit. They are critical for removing fine sand and silt particles (15-74 microns). By integrating hydrocyclones with a fine-mesh shaker screen, these two units will allow the client to significantly reduce dilution rates and lower overall mud costs.


3. 4 sets of drilling fluids decanter centrifuge
For fine and ultra-fine solids separation, the four decanter centrifuges represent the pinnacle of the system. Operating at variable speeds, these centrifuges will recover barite, remove colloidal solids, and ensure that the drilling fluid maintains the precise density and viscosity required for challenging Middle Eastern formations. GN decanter centrifuge has been widely used for drilling mud cleaning, drilling cuttings treatment, oil sludge cleaning and other industrial waste water solids liquid separation.

1. GN vertical cuttings dryer
Utilizing high-G force, this unit is engineered to recover valuable base oil or synthetic drilling fluids from OBM cuttings. By reducing the oil on cuttings content to less than 5% (by weight), the dryer not only saves significant fluid costs but also minimizes the environmental footprint of drilling operations—a critical factor for operators working in the sensitive desert and offshore environments of North Africa and the Middle East.


2. High speed decanter centrifuge
GN solids control is an OEM manufacturer of drilling fluids and drilling waste decanter centrifuge, we can produce high speed decanter centrifuge, middle speed decanter centrifuge, VFD decanter centrifuge, FHD decanter centrifuge. It is a 100% air operated vacuum pump for liquid ,slurry, and solids transfer. The pump can transfer material with high gravity and high density, with dry solids material or slurry with solids content max. up to 80%.
