GN 10,000 BBL Liquid Mud Plant Shipped to Africa

GN Solids Control has successfully completed the shipment of a state of the art 10,000 BBL Liquid Mud Plant to Africa. The new mud plant is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of modern drilling operations, combining high-capacity storage, advanced automation, and environmental stewardship into a single, transportable package.

Smart modular design: 750 BBL per tank, easy shipping, small footprint.
The total capacity of 10,000 barrels is distributed across multiple tanks, with each tank capable of holding 750 BBL. This modular approach offers significant logistical advantages, allowing for ease of shipping and a remarkably small footprint at the wellsite.
Special anti-corrosion coating – works with water-based and oil-based muds, longer life.

Durability is paramount in the harsh environments of drilling operations. The entire mud plant is protected by a special anti-corrosion coating system. This robust layer not only ensures a longer operational life for the equipment but also provides the versatility required to handle both water-based and oil-based drilling fluids. This adaptability makes the plant a highly flexible asset for operators facing varying geological formations.
Integrated MCC and pump skids – remote control, efficient site management.

To enhance site management and operational efficiency, the plant is equipped with an integrated Motor Control Center (MCC) and pump skids. This centralized system enables remote control of all pumping and mixing processes.
The integrated approach minimizes the need for manual intervention at the equipment level, allowing for precise control from a central command hub. This improves safety, reduces human error, and streamlines the overall fluid management process.
Also equipped with oil based drilling cuttings treatment – green and productive.
VFD Decanter centrifuge and vertical cuttings dryer are applied to treat oil based drilling cuttings.

Solids Control equipments ready for delivery

One batch of solids control equipments are ready for delivery for our international client, this is the third time repeat order from the same client. The solids control equipments purchased is for their solids control service contract. The equipments list including:
1. Decanter centrifuge, GN solids control can produce both fixed speed decanter centrifuge and VFD decanter centrifuge, the most popular model is 14 inch bowl decanter centrifuge. It can be used for both solids control drilling fluids treatment and drilling waste treatment system.

2. Vertical cutting dryer, it can be used for oil based drilling cuttings treatment, after treatment, the oil on the cuttings could be reach below 5%.
3. Screw pump, we have fixed speed screw pump and variable speed screw pump, it can be used as decanter centrifuge feeding pump and vertical cuttings dryer flushing pump.

4. Screw conveyor, we have fixed speed screw conveyor and variable speed screw conveyor, it can be used to collect the drilling cuttings from solids control shale shaker, and transfer to vertical cuttings dryer feeding port.
5. Vacuum pump, it can be used to transfer drilling waste cuttings, also it can be used to collect spilled drilling waste from the rig platform.
6. High G drying shaker, it can be used to treat water based drilling cuttings, and it can be used to reduce the solids content from the drilling waste, so the treating capacity of the decanter centrifuge can be improved.
All equipment has undergone factory acceptance testing (FAT) and is packed in export-grade, weatherproof packaging to ensure safe ocean freight transit. Delivery is scheduled for next week, with a company technician available for remote or on-site commissioning assistance as part of the service contract agreement.
