2 units of 30 inch big bowl decanter centrifuges are shipped to USA for construction slurry treatment. This is the largest model decanter centrifuge we produced right now, it is widely used for construction, TBM, etc. projects which required big volume treatment. 1) Bowl material is made of duplex stainless steel 2304 or 2205, the cone bowl is made of stainless steel 316L, the screw is made of SS304 by 1000 degree heat treatment. The open impeller can increase the treating capacity and treatment efficiency a lot.


2) The screw impeller is protected by tungsten carbide tiles, which is repairable once it is damaged. We do not use welding spray tungsten carbide alloy because it is easy to be damaged and once damaged, it can not be repairable, the user has to replace the complete screw unit.
3) The main bearings are SKF brand for longer working , especially after long time rotating, the bearing temperature will become very high, it is easily burnt if the bearing quality is not reliable.
4) 2 ea motor including main motor, back drive motor are installed on one side of decanter centrifuge to save space and for compact design.
5) Centrifuge VFD control panel with 3 motors variable frequency including main motor, back drive motor and pump motor, the 3 inverter with world famous brand for convenient outsourcing, the positive pressurized VFD control panel can be used in high temperature environment compared with normal explosion proof VFD control panel, it is easily break off in hot weather for the normal explosion proof control panel, positive pressurized VFD control panel can prevent it from such problem.

GN solids control shipped several units of vertical cuttings dryer and decanter centrifuge to Russia with customized painting color. As the expert of solids control & drilling waste management in China, we have exported a lot of vertical cuttings dryer and decanter centrifuges to Russia area.


The vertical cuttings dryer and decanter centrifuge is the major equipment of zero discharge system for oil based drilling cuttings treatment. The working process is as below:
The screw conveyor collect the oil based drilling cuttings from the shale shaker of solids control system and discharged to 2# screw conveyor, the 2# screw conveyor is installed slantly and transfer to vertical cuttings dryer top open feeding port. The vertical cuttings dryer dry the drilled solids from oil based cuttings by centrifugal force. The screen basket traps the fluids and accelebrates them up 900rpm and G force is up to 420G. The fluids is discharged from the liquid discharged port and flow to intermediate tank, the feed pump transfer the liquids to decanter centrifuge to separate fine solids, the cut point is 2~5 microns. The clean fluids is recovered by the catch tank or connect the pipeline back to solids control system for reuse.


VFD decanter centrifuge should be applied for drilling waste management system, which with 3 motor frequency VFD, main motor, back drive motor, pump motor. We use ABB brand inverter for easy outsourcing when need to be replaced, all the other electrical components are also with ABB, Siemens, Schneider with good quality. Our VFD control panel is positive pressurized VFD control panel with PLC smart control and HMI interface. The screw pump as centrifuge feeding pump flow rate can be adjusted by changing the motor speed.
We also produce complete drilling waste management system with our standard compact design, for cold area, we can install the system inside the container.

Recently 2 sets of shale shakers are shipped to South America, together with 500 pcs shaker screens and other wear parts for stock. This is repeat order from the same client, they purchased 2 units of high speed decanter centrifuges before.


The shale shaker model is GNZS703F-SHBF, with shaker screen size is 700x1250mm, the total screen area is 2.63m2. The max G force is 7.5G and it is adjustable for different applications. The shaker deck angle is adjustable from -1º to +5º by manual adjustment. Both of the 2 sides can be adjusted synchronously. 2 ea Italy Oli vibration motors 1.72kw drived the shale shaker and the starter is explosion proof for oil drilling rig.
The composite material frame shaker screens is proved to work 20% longer time than previous steel frame shaker screens, in some rig site, the working life is up to 700 hours with drilling fluids. It can be also used for oil sludge treatment to separate the coarse solids from the oil sludge, different mesh shaker screens can be installed on the shale shaker by different applications. For all the mesh over API 60 use 3 layers stainless steel wire mesh for steady performance.
The decanter centrifuge model is GNLW363CG with max speed 3900rpm, The normal speed is 3200rpm for low gravity solids removal, the client can replace 2700 rpm speed pulley for high gravity solids separation or 2200rpm speed pulley or 1800 rpm pulley for barite recovery. The centrifuge bowl material is duplex stainless steel 2205, the other components are made of SS316L for better corrosion resistant, the collection box is made of SS304 material. The screw impeller is protected by tungsten carbide tiles which is repairable once it is damaged.

Recently one set of offshore mud tank system is ready for shipment, Because of the limit space for offshore platform, the design of the mud tank system is compact and easy transportation, the technical configuration is as below:


1) One unit of linear motion shale shaker to separate the coarse solids, the shaker screens are composite material frame with stainless steel 316L wire mesh for longer working life, so that the user do not need to waste much time on replace the shaker screens. The screen lock method is by wedges with ratchet wrench for convenient locking the screens.


2) One unit of mud cleaner( desander cone, desilter cone and underflow shale shaker combination) with 2 centrifugal pump as feeding pump, the centrifugal pump is interchangeable with famous brand centrifugal pump, the hydrocyclones are 100% PU material for longer working life, if the mud temperature is higher than 80 degree, we will use metal cover outside the PU cone to prevent is from deformation.
3) One unit of decanter centrifuge with submersible slurry pump as feeding pump
4) Compact design mud tank with all the electric cables outside the mud tank for convenience replacement and check. The discharged solids/ cuttings are collected by a slant box and drop down to the screw conveyor to transfer the cuttings to the drilling waste management system.The user do not have to clean the floor and do not need extra skip to collect the waste cuttings. The handrail, walkway and stairs are installed with the mud tank.
5) The mixing hopper, mixing pump are installed on the mud mixing tank if the client need to prepare for new drilling fluids with the recovery drilling fluids.

1) Vertical cuttings dryer for oil based drilling cuttings treatment, the oil on the discharged cuttings is below 5%, the client can disposal the solids directly or send to TDU unit according to the environmental protection regulations in their country. The treated fluids will flow to the intermediate tank, the feeding pump of decanter centrifuge will feed the fluids to decanter centrifuge to separate the fine solids. The vertical cutting dryer is installed on the frame inside the container.


2) The waste decanter centrifuge will separate the solids cut point 2~5 microns from the fluids, the discharged fluids can be reused by drilling and prepare for new fluids.
3) Positive Displacement pump is as the feeding pump of decanter centrifuge and installed in the container.
4) The 40ft standard container with windows, doors and top open hole for easy replacement of the screen basket which is wear parts of the vertical cuttings dryer. The insulation layer attached with container is to keep the equipments working well in cold weather in Winter, it is special design for Russia clients.
