GN Sales Team Cooperation Development Training Completed Successfully

This week Friday and Saturday GN sales team finished Cooperation Development Training successfully. Our team total of 28 people, including all domestic sales and international sales staff, our destination is the scenic Yesanpo, which is a National AAAAA tourist area and World Geopark. The purpose is to improve the cohesion of the team, tap the sales passion of the members, thereby improving the sales ability of the team.

GN participate in ADIPEC 2019 in Middle East

What products we have showed at ADIPEC 2019?

1) Decanter centrifuge : the decanter centrifuge can be widely used for solids control low gravity solids separation, drilling waste management system, oil sludge separation system, industrial waste water treatment system, dewatering unit, the max speed is 3900rpm, the normal working speed is 3200rpm, the separation cut point is 2~ 5 microns ; if with chemical dosing system, the separation cut point can be 1 microns. We can design and produce decanter centrifuge with 9 inch bowl diameter, 14 inch bowl, 18 inch bowl, 22 inch bowl, 30 inch bowl.

2) Shale shaker: The linear motion shale shaker is used to separate coarse solids from the drilling fluids, drilling waste, oil sludge and all the other type sludge to reduce the solids content, and separate the big solids
3) ViST screen is installed attached with shale shaker to improve the separation performance and get drying discharge solids, the collection hopper is installed under the last piece shaker screens and connect to the vacuum unit, the user need to prepare a air compressor to supply air to the ViST screen.
4) Solids vacuum pump: the vacuum pump can be used to transfer different kinds of sludge and solids, like oil sludge, drilling cuttings, drilling fluids, sand, silts, hazardous contaminated soils, dredging slurry and all other kinds of slurry.

5) Shaker screen: we produce OEM and replacement composite material frame shaker screens, which is with longer working life and better performance, they are produced comply with API RP13C standard, all the wire mesh over API 60 use 3 layers stainless steel 316 material wire mesh. The storage life is up to 5 years.

Big bowl decanter centrifuge to USA

This week one batch of big bow decanter centrifuge and shale shakers are ready for shipment to USA. The models and configuration is as below:

Big bowl decanter centrifuge: The decanter centrifuge is used to separate the fine solids from the drilling fluids after shale shaker. The shale shaker with good performance can reduce the solids content effectively and protect the centrifuge screw from damaged by the big solids. GN solids control can produce decanter centrifuge from 9 inch bowl to 30 inch bowl, the mini centrifuge with 9 inch bowl diameter is mainly used for mining and waste water treatment, also it can be used in compact oil sludge treatment unit, the 14 inch bowl decanter centrifuge is the most popular model decanter centrifuge for solids control, drilling waste management system, oil sludge treatment unit and dewatering unit. The 18 inch bowl, 22 inch bowl decanter centrifuge is the big bowl decanter centrifuge can be used for solids control, drilling waste management system, oil sludge treatment unit and dewatering unit and slurry separation. The 30 inch bowl decanter centrifuge is the biggest bowl decanter centrifuge we produced now, it can be used for Tunneling and other construction work which need big volume slurry.
Linear motion shale shaker: The linear motion shale shaker is to separate the coarse solids from the drilling fluids, the user can use different API mesh size shaker screens to separate different solids size.GN shaker screens are produced comply with API RP13C standard and have been approved by the API authorized lab. The composite material frame shaker screen with longer working life, better conductance, better separation performance, better storage life, not only for our own shale shaker, we also produce the replacement shaker screens for world famous brand shale shaker with competitive price and good quality.

1800pcs shaker screens ready for shipment to Asia

GN solids control will ship 1800pcs shaker screens to our client in Asia after Chinese New Year holiday. All the screens are composite material frame shaker screens, the dimension is 635x1253mm. GN High G Drying Shaker and Mud Cleaner for Offshore Project

Recently GN shipped high G force drying shaker and mud cleaner for offshore project. The technical configuration is as below:

1) The shale shaker is installed on the catching tank with offshore lifting standard, The lifting pad on the 4 corners of the catching tank is made to meet the offshore lifting standard. GN F version high G force drying shaker with G force up to 8.0G, the 2 nos of Italy Oil vibration motor are equipped with the shale shaker, GN own made explosion proof starter have options of ATEX, IEC EX to meet different client’s requirement. As the first phased cleaning equipment, the performance of the shale shaker is very important, a good performance shale shaker will reduce the drilling waste, recover more useful drilling fluids, reduce the coarse solids effectively from the drilling fluids, and protect the further equipments like centrifugal pump, desander cone, desilter cone, so that they will not be damaged by coarse solids and high solids content, the users can save drilling cost a lot.

2) The mud cleaner is also called 3 in 1, it is the combination of underflow flow shale shaker, desilter cone and desander cone. The desander cone is the second phase cleaning with separation cut point 45 microns, the desilter cone is the third phase cleaning with separation cut point 25 microns.
3) The shaker screens equipped with the shale shaker and mud cleaner is composite material frame shaker screens, the working life is much longer than normal steel frame shaker screens, the storage life is up to 5 years, the effective screen area is 20% larger than traditional steel frame shaker screens.
