1. 6 sets of drilling fluids shale shaker
As the first phase of solids control, these high-performance shakers are engineered to remove large cuttings and debris from the drilling fluid. With high G-force output and large screen areas, these six units ensure that the client can maintain high circulation rates while efficiently separating solids, protecting downstream equipment from abrasive wear.
2. 2 sets of drilling fluids mud cleaner
Positioned downstream from the shakers, these mud cleaners combine desanders and desilters in a compact unit. They are critical for removing fine sand and silt particles (15-74 microns). By integrating hydrocyclones with a fine-mesh shaker screen, these two units will allow the client to significantly reduce dilution rates and lower overall mud costs.


3. 4 sets of drilling fluids decanter centrifuge
For fine and ultra-fine solids separation, the four decanter centrifuges represent the pinnacle of the system. Operating at variable speeds, these centrifuges will recover barite, remove colloidal solids, and ensure that the drilling fluid maintains the precise density and viscosity required for challenging Middle Eastern formations. 1. GN vertical cuttings dryer
Utilizing high-G force, this unit is engineered to recover valuable base oil or synthetic drilling fluids from OBM cuttings. By reducing the oil on cuttings content to less than 5% (by weight), the dryer not only saves significant fluid costs but also minimizes the environmental footprint of drilling operations—a critical factor for operators working in the sensitive desert and offshore environments of North Africa and the Middle East.


2. High speed decanter centrifuge
GN solids control is an OEM manufacturer of drilling fluids and drilling waste decanter centrifuge, we can produce high speed decanter centrifuge, middle speed decanter centrifuge, VFD decanter centrifuge, FHD decanter centrifuge. It is a 100% air operated vacuum pump for liquid ,slurry, and solids transfer. The pump can transfer material with high gravity and high density, with dry solids material or slurry with solids content max. up to 80%.

GN Decanter Centrifuge and Cuttings Dryer for Africa Drilling Company

One set of GN decanter centrifuge and vertical cuttings dryer are using for Africa drilling company. The equipments list including:
2 units of decanter centrifuge,model GNLW363D-VFD
1 unit of vertical cuttings dryer,model GNCD930G
Matched with screw conveyor, centrifuge feeding pump and vertical cuttings dryer flushing pump.


The screw conveyor GN produced including 10 inch, 12 inch, 14 inch, 16 inch and 18 inch diameter for option, each section standard length is 12 ft, we can use different quantity sections as per client’s requirement of transfer length, such as 12 ft, 24 ft, 36 ft, 48 ft, 2 sections are connected by pin shaft hanger. The screw conveyor can be fixed speed or variable speed( manually speed adjustable) to control the feeding rate. The screw propeller material is High Chrome Alloy Steel for longer working life.


According to the installation position and function of the screw conveyor, there are auger system for primary shale shaker discharge solids collection, desander desilter discharged solids collection, feeding to vertical cuttings dryer feed hopper, solids discharge auger for vertical cuttings dryer, solids discharge auger for decanter centrifuge, etc. The protection cover on the U type reinforcing beam could be closed steel plate or steel grating for option.
Additional safety protection of the screw conveyor:
1) Pull chord emergency stop with wire rope to be provided along the length of Augur for Emergency stop;
2) Audio / visual alarm system on the auger control panel which will be automatically activated once the power is switched on followed by the actual auger startup with a safety delay time. Audio / visual alarm system to be in the OFF mode after some time once the auger starts operation.

GNLW454GT Mud Dewatering Centrifuge for Hydrovac Slurry Treatment

One set of GNLW454GT mud dewatering centrifuge package are ready for shipment to Hydrovac slurry treatment project.


GNLW454GT Decanter centrifuge technical specification is as below:
The bowl diameter is 450mm, the bowl length is 1890mm, the length/ diameter ratio is 4.2.The max bowl speed is 3452rpm, the max G force is up to 3000G. The main motor is 37KW / 45KW/ 55KW, the back drive motor is 11KW/ 15KW/ 22KW, the beach angle is 8.5 degree, The bowl main material is made of duplex stainless steel SS2205 by centrifugal casting, the screw material is made of duplex stainless steel SS2205, the screw is protected by tungsten carbide tiles, and the centrifuge is drived by positive pressurized VFD control panel with PLC touch screen and HMI interface. The bearing is premium SKF bearing for reliable and longer working life. The T series decanter centrifuge is mainly used for dewatering unit.


GN solids control design and manufacture waste management for hydrovac slurry treatment system. The working principal is to use solids liquid separation equipment to treat the slurry from vacuum truck of hydrovac project. The slurry is contaminant free which is from physical utility location in public right of ways, and directional drilling for replacement of underground pipes and construction.


A complete hydrovav slurry treatment system including waste catch hopper, coarse solids separation shaker with fluids catching tank, Fine mesh shaker , desilter and mud tank, dewatering decanter centrifuge and chemical dosing unit with centrifuge dewatering tank or telescopic skid. The decanter centrifuge and VFD control panel and feeding pump are all installed on the telescopic skid with fluids collection tank and a transfer pump.
Except for T series decanter centrifuge, GN also produce fully hydraulic drive decanter centrifuge, Y series separation decanter centrifuge, C series clarifying decanter centrifuge and three phase decanter centrifuge.
