GNLW363D decanter centrifuge – Acting as the secondary or polishing stage, this high speed decanter centrifuge removes ultra fine solids (down to 2–5 microns), allowing the recycled mud to maintain proper rheology and density for extended re-use.

1. HDD mud recycling system: GN HDD Mud Recycling System (Horizontal Directional Drilling Mud Recycling System) is a modular solids control solution designed to recover and reuse drilling fluids (bentonite mud) in trenchless industry. It reduces waste disposal costs, minimizes environmental impact, and protects high-pressure pumps by removing excavated solids .The system typically integrates multi-stage separation and auxiliary components on a single skid mounted mud tank or trailer mounted mud tank. Here is the standard configuration breakdown: the 1st stage: shale shaker to separate coarse solids; the 2nd stage: desander cone to separate the cut point 45~75 microns; 3rd stage: desilter cone to separate cut point 25~45 microns; the 4th stage: decanter centrifuge to remove ultra fine solids; The other equipments including customized design mud tank, mixing hopper, mixing pump, electrical control system, lightings, mud agitators, etc.
