What equipments we will show at CIPPE?

Linear motion shale shaker with ViST screen, ViST vacuum screen technology is to work together with shale shaker, the function is to reduce drilling waste and recycle drilling fluids. In a result, ViST maximize the recycled drilling fluids volume and generates dryer cuttings. By applied with ViST, the user can save money for drilling fluids and waste management.

Decanter Centrifuge, GN produced decanter centrifuge can be applied to waste water treatment, solids control system drilling fluids treatment, drilling waste treatment, oil waste treatment and other solids liquid separation projects. We can produce decanter centrifuge from 9 inch to 30 inch bowl diameter, according to client’s requirement, we can produce fixed speed or variable frequency drive control panel.

Vertical cuttings dryer, one of the most popular model is GNCD930 vertical cuttings dryer, the lastest version is G version, we have updated the design according to user’s feedback and technology improvement.

Solids vacuum pump, the 100% air operated vacuum pump can be used at hazardous area and electricity limited area. The compact design of the vacuum pump allowed it to be installed inside the oil tank for easier picking up of the oil sludge from tank bottom, without needing people entry. The solids vacuum pump can transfer different kinds of materials, such as dredging slurry, oil sludge, material with solids content up to 80%, material with big solids up to 75mm.

Recently one unit of oil based mud cuttings treatment system is ready for shipment to overseas client. The system consists of 2 units of decanter centrifuge, 1 unit of vertical cuttings dryer, 1 unit of container for heat preservation operation in Winter and convenient transportation. One unit of decanter centrifuge is used for solids control system, one unit of decanter centrifuge is used for vertical cuttings dryer system.

The vertical cuttings dryer is installed on the lifting frame for smooth solids discharge, the treated solids with oil content on the cuttings below 5%, the discharged solids can be disposal or for landfill or to be sent to thermal desorption unit for further treatment. The oil based drilling mud cuttings are transferred from waste pit, or 1 unit of horizontal installed screw conveyor collect the oil based drilling cuttings from solids control shale shaker, another unit of screw conveyor is installed slantly to transfer the oil based drilling cuttings to vertical cuttings dryer feeding port. The fluids flow to fluids catching tank, the decanter centrifuge feeding pump will feed the fluids to one of the decanter centrifuge for fine solids separation 2~5 microns, the treated fluids can be reused to prepare for new drilling fluids.

All the equipments are installed inside the standard container with windows, doors for heat preservation operation in Winter, there is space remained for vertical cuttings dryer, decanter centrifuge and feeding pump maintenance. The high speed decanter centrifuge model number is GNLW363D, the bowl diameter is 14 inch, the bowl length is 50 inch, the max speed is 3900rpm, the normal operation speed is 3200rpm, the max G force is up to 3063G. The high speed decanter centrifuge can be applied for solids control system, drilling waste treatment system, oil sludge treatment unit, dewatering centrifuge and other applications of solids liquid separation.

Recently one unit of sludge vacuum pump and decanter centrifuge are ready for shipment for environmental solution.

The mini vacuum pump model number is GNSP-10B, the max capacity for water is 10m3/h, for oil sludge, industry waste, drilling waste transfer, the flow rate will be different according to material conditions. The inlet and outlet size is 3 inch (89mm), vacuum degree is 85Kpa/25 inch Mercury column, the max suction horizontal distance is 50m, max discharge horizontal distance is 500m, the max suction depth (vertically) is 3 ~5m according to density and viscosity, the max discharge depth vertically is 5~ 10m, the max solids content is up to 80%, it can be used to transfer high solids content material, and mx allowance solids size is 50mm. The vacuum pump is 100% air operated, required pressure is 550 Kpa ~ 690 Kpa(80~100 PSI), air demand is 4.3m3/min (150CFM). Working principal of vacuum pump for suction process is that the compressed air enters into the vacuum generator, which generates negative pressure in the pump body and suck the materials from the suction port. The discharge valve is closed. The suction time and discharged is set by the user according to their requirement. they can select automatically operation method or manually operation method as requirement.

The discharge process of the sludge vacuum pump is that closed the vacuum generator valve, the air flow directly enter into the pump body, the discharge valve is opening automatically, and the positive pressure will push the material along with the air flow out of the pump body, at this moment, the suction valve is closed.
The decanter centrifuge can be used for solids liquid separation for industry waste water treatment, dewatering centrifuge, waste separation, oil sludge treatment, etc. applications. If you need a decanter centrifuge, pls contact with GN sales engineer to select a model.

Recently 4 sets of trenchless mud cleaning unit are ready for shipment to Asia client. Including, 2 sets of GNMS-1500D horizontal directional drilling mud cleaning unit, the treating capacity is 1500gpm / 360m3/h, the main equipments are GNZS707 double deck shale shaker with 2 units of 16 inch desander cone, 1 unit of centrifugal pump as feeding pump of desander cone, fluids catching tank and accessories, electric control system. The separation cut point is 45 microns. If you need finer solids separation, we can add desilter cone on top of the shale shaker with separation cut point 25 microns. The compact design desander unit can be applied for project which required high treating capacity treatment.

2 sets of GNMS-1000D horizontal directional drilling mud cleaning unit, the treating capacity is 1000gpm / 240m3/h , the main equipments are GNZS705 double deck shale shaker with 2 units of 10 inch desander cone, 1 unit of centrifugal pump GNSB6X5 as feeding pump of desander cone, fluids catching tank and accessories, electric control system. The separation cut point is 45 microns. The bottom screen area is 2.6m2, upper screen area is 1.35m2, the vibration strength is up to 7.3G which is adjustable.

Except for GNMS-1500D desander unit, GNMS-1000D mud cleaning unit, GN also produce desander unit with smaller capacity 500gpm, 200gpm, GNMS-200D and GNMS-500D. If the user need mixing unit, they can use a separate jet mixing unit skid with storage tank to prepare for new drilling mud. The submersible slurry pump pick up the slurry from mud pit and transfer to mud cleaning unit. The mud cleaning unit can be widely used for trenchless HDD project, bored pile project, Micro Tunnel Boring Machine, Diamond core drilling, water well drilling, etc.

Recently one unit of GNOST-15B Oil Sludge Treatment Package Equipment are ready for shipment to Beijing client. The package including:

1 unit of oil sludge separation shale shaker GNZS594F, with spray system and sealing cover. The function is to separate the coarse solids and reduce solids content from oil sludge, by mixing with proper chemicals, the oil will be easily removed from solids.

1 unit of big bowl big volume 2 phase decanter centrifuge GNLW554ET-VFD, to separate fine solids from oil sludge, by mixing with proper chemicals, the ultra fine solids can be easily separated, the mixture liquid with oil and water will be collected in a tank for further treatment.

The whole oil sludge treatment package including pre-mixing modular, coarse solids separation modular, solids liquid 2 phase separation modular, solids oil water 3 phase separation modular.

The 3 phase decanter centrifuge working principle is sedimentation, the solid with specific weight precipitate.When the material enters the high speed rotating bowl, the oil sludge rotates synchronously with the bowl. Based on the different specific gravity and centrifugal force, the solid with the bigger gravity with biggest centrifugal force, the heavy phase liquid (water) and the light phase liquid (oil). The centrifugal force is becoming less from outside to inside, one concentric solid layer and two liquid layers are formed. Solids are pushed out and liquids are removed from their respective nozzles.
When the client’s required result of recovered oil, water and discharged solids is not very high, 3 phase decanter centrifuge can be used to replace the package of 2 phase decanter centrifuge plus 3 phase disc centrifuge. If they want the better treatment result, 3 phase disc centrifuge should be applied to separate oil and water.
