The integrated system is designed to provide a closed-loop, zero-discharge solution for drilling fluid recovery and cuttings treatment. Here is a breakdown of the key components being delivered:
1. GN vertical cuttings dryer
Utilizing high-G force, this unit is engineered to recover valuable base oil or synthetic drilling fluids from OBM cuttings. By reducing the oil on cuttings content to less than 5% (by weight), the dryer not only saves significant fluid costs but also minimizes the environmental footprint of drilling operations—a critical factor for operators working in the sensitive desert and offshore environments of North Africa and the Middle East.
2. High speed decanter centrifuge
GN solids control is an OEM manufacturer of drilling fluids and drilling waste decanter centrifuge, we can produce high speed decanter centrifuge, middle speed decanter centrifuge, VFD decanter centrifuge, FHD decanter centrifuge. We can produce different bowl size decanter centrifuge, 9 inch, 14 inch, 18 inch, 22 inch, 30 inch. The discharged fluids from vertical cuttings dryer will be storage in catching tank, then the decanter centrifuge feed pump suck the fluids to decanter centrifuge for further treatment.
3. Vacuum pump
It is a 100% air operated vacuum pump for liquid ,slurry, and solids transfer. The pump can transfer material with high gravity and high density, with dry solids material or slurry with solids content max. up to 80%.
