The mini vacuum pump model number is GNSP-10B, the max capacity for water is 10m3/h, for oil sludge, industry waste, drilling waste transfer, the flow rate will be different according to material conditions. The inlet and outlet size is 3 inch (89mm), vacuum degree is 85Kpa/25 inch Mercury column, the max suction horizontal distance is 50m, max discharge horizontal distance is 500m, the max suction depth (vertically) is 3 ~5m according to density and viscosity, the max discharge depth vertically is 5~ 10m, the max solids content is up to 80%, it can be used to transfer high solids content material, and mx allowance solids size is 50mm. The vacuum pump is 100% air operated, required pressure is 550 Kpa ~ 690 Kpa(80~100 PSI), air demand is 4.3m3/min (150CFM). Working principal of vacuum pump for suction process is that the compressed air enters into the vacuum generator, which generates negative pressure in the pump body and suck the materials from the suction port. The discharge valve is closed. The suction time and discharged is set by the user according to their requirement. they can select automatically operation method or manually operation method as requirement.


The discharge process of the sludge vacuum pump is that closed the vacuum generator valve, the air flow directly enter into the pump body, the discharge valve is opening automatically, and the positive pressure will push the material along with the air flow out of the pump body, at this moment, the suction valve is closed.

GN produced mini sludge vacuum pump is used for oil spill recovery. The spilled oil mixed with earth, solids will be collected by mini sludge vacuum pump and transfer to oil sludge treatment unit for oil recovery and solids safely discharge. To get the oil recovery, firstly we need to dilute the waste sludge ,mixed with chemicals and well agitated, then the oil sludge will be treated by 3 phase decanter centrifuge to separate oil, water and solids; if the client need better quality recovered oil, we can use 2 phase decanter centrifuge to separate solids and liquid, then use 3 phase disc centrifuge to separate oil, water and solids.

The basic treating process generally including:

  1. Oil sludge picking up, normally we use sludge vacuum pump to pick up the oil sludge from waste pit to pre-mixing tank, we have nominal flow rate 10m3/h, 20m3/h and 40m3/h vacuum pump for option.
  2. Heating and pre-mixing tank, depends on the treating capacity and oily sludge conditions, we can use 1 set or 2 sets of pre-mixing tank, 1 tank as heating, chemical jetting and pre-mixing tank, the submersible slurry pump will transfer the prepared oil sludge from 1# pre-mixing tank to #2 pre-mixing tank, which is also with heating lines to improve the oil sludge separation efficiency. With 2 units of premixing tank, the user do not need to wait until the chemical is properly mixed with oil sludge.
  3. Coarse screening and heating tank, the prepared oil sludge, the double deck shale shaker will separate the coarse solids from the oil sludge
  4. Chemical dosing and dewatering , the chemical dosing unit is installed inside 20ft container for convenient operation and maintenance. The oil sludge with fine solids will be mixed with proper chemicals will be sent to decanter centrifuge for solids liquid separation.
  5. Solids liquid separation and heating tank, the decanter centrifuge can separate the solids from liquid with the chemical mixed oil sludge.
  6. 3 phase separation, oil ,water and little solids separation, the 3 phase disc stack separator will separate the oil and water and few solids, the oil can be recovered and water can be used in the circulation system.

The max horizontal discharge distance is 500m. The max solids content is 80%, and max solids size allowed to be sucked is 30mm.The pressure required is 550 ~ 690 Kpa and air demand is 4.3 m3/min ( 150 CFM). The mini vacuum pump can be used for the cleaning of residual waste inside the cabin and the transportation of loose materials. The higher flow rate vacuum pump can be used to transfer drilling waste, oil waste, crude oil tank bottom cleaning sludge, oil sludge, sand, contaminated soil and other sludge, especially it is 100% air operated pump which can be safely used in electricity limited area.


The mini decanter centrifuge with 9 inch centrifuge bowl, we have different models for different applications. GNLW223D baby decanter centrifuge with bowl length 26.4 inch, it can be widely used for diamond core drilling waste water treatment. If the user need a higher treating capacity and need the discharged water more clear, they can select a longer bowl length 36.4 inch, GNLW224ET-VFD.

The user need to prepare air compressor for air supply and provide enough pressure. Also the client need to prepare proper length suction and discharge pipe to connect with the solids vacuum pump.
