Deep-well drilling rig Mud tank system for Coalfield Geology

Recently one set of deep well drilling rig mud tank system for coalfield geology are ready for delivery for China drilling company. The mud tank system consists of 4 sets of mud tanks, 1 set of shale shaker, 1 set of mud cleaner, 1 set of middle speed decanter centrifuge and pumps, mud agitators, mixing hopper, etc.


The shale shaker model is GNZS594, which is a 4 panel linear motion shale shaker as primary separation of the solids control system, installed 4ea of composite material frame shaker screens on the shaker, the vibration strength is adjustable and up to 7.5G, the deck angle can be adjustable synchronously from both sides during working manually. The total screen area is 2.73m2.


The mud cleaner GNZS594J-2S12N is a combination of desander cone, desilter cone and 4 panel bottom shale shaker, with the same dimension shaker screen with shale shaker.The desander cone and desilter cone acts as the second phase separation and the third phase separation of the solids control system. Two units of centrifugal pump are as feeding pump of the desander cone and desilter cone.
The 4 sets of customized designed mud tanks installed with proper quantities of mud agitator, mud gun, mixing hopper and mud tank accessories, electrical control system.


The middle speed decanter centrifuge GNLW452 acts as the fourth phase separation equipment of the solids control system, the separation cut point is 5~7 microns.

Screw Conveyor and Solids Control Equipment for Middle East Drilling Company

One batch of screw conveyor and solids control equipments are ready for shipment to Middle East Drilling Company. The equipments list including screw conveyor, shale shaker and mud cleaner as below:


Screw conveyor GNSC14-48, it is U type screw conveyor for continuous conveying without flexible traction. It is used to collect the drilling cuttings and transfer the drilling cuttings to drilling waste treatment system. The screw conveyor can be covered with closed steel plate or steel grating plate for option. The transfer length can be optional with different quantity sections, each section is 12ft, the length can be 12ft, 24ft, 36ft and 48ft. The screw blade are made of wear resistant and thicker manganese steel. The bearing is from NSK or FAG, the reinforced frame of the screw conveyor is with high strength to be suitable for horizontal or inclined installation.


Shale shaker GNZS594, it is a 4 panel linear motion shale shaker widely used for oil & gas drilling mud cleaning, the shaker screen is composite material frame shaker screen compliant with API RP13C standard. The single deck shale shaker is with reliable performance, easy operation and maintenance, cheaper operation cost.


Mud cleaner GNZS594-2S16N, the mud cleaner is a desander cone, desilter cone and bottom shale shaker 3 in 1 equipment, which is used after the primary shale shaker for the second phase and third phase cleaning of drilling mud. The bottom shale shaker model is same with the shale shaker GNZS594. The treating capacity is up to 1000gpm with 2ea of 10 or 12 inch desander cone, 16 ea of 4 inch desilter cone.

Mud Mixing System and recycling unit for HDD company

One unit of 500gpm mud recycling unit GNMS-500K and one set of 20m3/h mud mixing system are ready for shipment to HDD company.
Compared with old model 500gpm mud recycling unit GNMS-500D, the new designed GNMS-500K is with the features as below:


1. New model double deck shale shaker GNZS754K instead of GNZY753E for larger screen area, the GNZS754K shale shaker with top screen area 1.4m2, bottom screen area 1.4m2, total screen area is 2.8m2. GNZY753E shale shaker with top screen area 0.875m2, the bottom screen area is 1.35m2.
2. Different hydrocyclnes, the old GNMS-500D mud recycling unit with 1ea of 10 inch desnader cone, the new GNMS-500K mud recycling unit with 10 ea of 4 inch desilter cone, the separation cut point is reduced from 40 microns to 25 microns.
3. Different hydrocyclone feeding pump, to reduce the footprint of the mud recycling unit and increase effective mud tank capacity, we changed the horizontal centrifugal pump ( which is installed on the tank skid) to submersible slurry pump ( installed vertically), the motor power is also reduced. During shipment, the motor can be removed and lay down to reduce the height of the recycling unit to load it into the standard container, the hydrocyclone frame will be also removed to fit for container shipment.
4. Reduced power consumption of the mud recycling unit, the total power is reduced.


The mud recycling unit can be customized for different mixing capacity and mixing tank capacity. The mixing hopper and mixing pump can be installed on the mixing tank skid for convenient movement, also they can be installed on a separate skid and connect with mixing tank.
Except for the compact design mud recycling unit, GN solids control also produce self contained mud recycling system with mud cleaning, recycling, mixing, storage function.

Shale shaker and mud cleaner for offshore drilling company

Recently one batch of shale shaker and mud cleaner are ready for delivery to offshore drilling company.
The shale shaker model is double deck shale shaker GNZS596K ,the top layer screen is 2pcs of composite material frame shaker screen, the bottom layer screen is 4pcs of composite material frame shaker screen, total 6pcs shaker screens, and total screen area is 4.09m2, with pyramid screen total area is 5.3m2.The deck angle is adjustable while working, the deck angle adjustment range is -1º~+5 º, the weir height is 958mm, the feeding method is hopper feeder. 2ea of 2.2KW Oli brand vibration motor drived the shale shaker, the vibration G force is up to 7.5G, and it is adjustable. The vibration motor and starter is explosion proof and we have CNEX, ATEX, IEC EX for option. The bottom discharge trough and side discharge trough for option according to site condition. Also we can provide linear motion or elliptical motion shale shaker as per client’s requirement.


The shaker screen is fixed by wedge and operated from the outside of the shaker deck, it adopts mechanical synchronous adjustment for shaker deck angle, it is made of stainless steel for better corrosion resistance. Wear resistant polyurethane rubber strip on the shaker deck for better sealing performance. The detachable and fast open splash proof cover is to prevent mud splashing to keep the rig site cleaning.


The mud cleaner is a combination of desander cone, desilter cone and bottom shaker, the treating capacity is 500gpm, 1000gpm and 1500gpm for option. The shaker screen for bottom shale shaker is same with double deck shale shaker for convenient inventory.

1. 2 units of linear motion Shale shaker GNZS594J-SHBJ, equipped with 4 panel of composite material frame shaker screens which is compliant with API RP13C standard, it is also interchangeable with world famous brand shaker screens. High quality fiber glass to improve plastic quality and screen temperature resistant to 140 C degree, Since the composite frame is covered by plastic, it is rust resistant for long time storage up to over 5 years.Four side tension of mesh during the heat press to minimize the gap between the top screen and support screens, in a result extending the screen life.


2. 1 unit of linear motion mud cleaner GNZJ594J-D3S16NJ, it is a desander cone, desilter cone and bottom shale shaker combination unit, the bottom flow shaker model is exact same with the linear motion shale shaker, the shaker screen dimension is also same for better inventory.


3. 5 units of mud tank, including shale shaker tank, intermediate tank, suction tank, reserve tank, water tank, with proper mud agitator, centrifugal pump, jet mixing hopper, mixing pump, mud gun and mud tank accessories. The mud tank height is designed as per client’s requirement.
