1500HP Drilling Rig Solids Control System for Africa Project

Recently one package of 1500HP drilling rig solids control system are ready for delivery to Africa project. The technical configuration is as below:


1. Solids control shale shaker GNZS594J-SHBJ, 3 units, each unit with 4 panel shaker screen which is with composite material frame and stainless steel wire mesh 2 or 3 layers by 4 sides pretension.
2. Centrifugal degasser GNZCQ-1200, 1 unit
3. Desander unit GNZJ591J-M2SF, 1 unit , with 2 ea of 10 inch desander cone, the general treating capacity is up to 1000gpm of drilling fluids.
4. Desilter unit GNZJ591J-M16NF, 1 unit, with 16 ea of 4 inch desilter cone, the total treating capacity is up to 1500gpm of drilling mud.


5. Centrifugal pump in different size for different applications, including 5 units of GNSB8x6-14J (75KW) centrifugal pump, 3 units of GNSB8x6-13J (55KW) centrifugal pump, 5 units of GNSB4x3-12J (15KW) centrifugal pump and shear pump GNJBQ6*5-750 (75KW), 3 units of mixing hopper (H)JM-200, these centrifugal pump can be used as transfer pump, trip pump, mixing pump, charging pump, feeding pump.


6. High speed decanter centrifuge GNLW363D-GP, 1 unit, to separate the fine solids from drilling fluids and keep it balancing. The centrifuge is 14 inch bowl diameter with 50 inch bowl length, the max speed is up to 3600rpm and the max G force is 3063G, the separation cut point is 2~ 5microns, if need to separate more fine solids, chemical dosing unit can be used together with the centrifuge by adding chemicals in the inlet tube.
7. Mud agitators installed on the mud tank for drilling mud agitating and mixing, including 7 units of 20HP mud agitator, 2 units of 15HP mud agitator, 1 unit of 7.5HP mud agitator.
8, Customized mud tank system, including active tank, intermediate tank, suction tank, mixing tank,, reserve tank, trip tank,etc.

Mini Desander and Desilter for Africa Drilling Company

Recently one batch of mini desander and mini desilter are ready for shipment to Africa drilling company. The technical configuration is as below:


The mini desander unit consists of 2ea 10 inch desander cone and mini bottom shaker drived by explosion proof vibration motor. GN own produced composite material frame shaker screen are produced comply with API RP13C standard. The mini desilter cone consists of 16ea 4 inch desilter cone with mini bottom shaker.
Generally, the combination of hydrocyclones above 6 ″is called desander, which is a secondary solid control equipment in drilling operations. 10”and 12”cones are commonly used to separate the particle size of drilling fluid from 44-74μm solid particles.
Compared with the desander and desilter without bottom shaker, the mini desander unit and mini desilter unit with bottom shaker can recycle more drilling fluids and dry the drilling cuttings, it can be installed after primary shale shaker on the solids control system.


Except for mini desander unit and mini desilter unit, GN also produce desander, desilter and bottom shaker 3 in 1 mud cleaner. By use different qty desander cone and desilter cone, the mud cleaner with 500gpm, 1000 gpm, 1500gpm treating capacity.
Features of GN mini desander, mini desilter, mud cleaners are as below:
1. Composite material frame screen and wedge type screen pressing device are applied for fast screen replacement.
2. International brand vibration motor , Martin motor or OLI motor is adopted.
3. International famous brand electrical components, Siemens or Schneider components.
4. The shaker deck bottom with a patented sealing design, with good sealing effect, long service life and easy replacement.
5. The shaker deck angle is adjustable mechanically synchronously, which is convenient and reliable.

Centrifugal Pump and Solids Control Centrifuge for Africa Client

Recently 2 set of 1500HP drilling rig solids control equipments are ready for delivery to our Africa client. The equipments list including:


6 units of GNZS594J-SHBJ linear motion shale shaker, which is a single deck 4 panel high G force shale shaker. 3 units shale shaker per rig, total treating capacity can reach at least 1500gpm. The shaker screen installed on the shale shaker is produced compliant with API RP 13C standard. Not only for OEM shaker screens for GN own shale shaker, we also produce replacement shaker screens for world famous brand shale shaker. Pls contact with GN solids control for more information.


3 units of GNZJ594J-2S12N linear motion mud cleaner, the bottom shale shaker is same with the linear motion shale shaker, combined with 2 ea 10 inch desander cone and 12 ea of 4 inch desilter cone, the treating capacity is up to 1000gpm. It can be also act as back up shale shaker if required.
16 units of centrifugal pump, the centrifugal pump can be used as feeding pump of desander cone and desilter cone, it can be also used as trip pump, mixing pump, transfer pump, super charging pump.


2 units of GNLW452 decanter centrifuge, this is a middle speed decanter centrifuge which can be used for barite recovery, the separation cut point is 5~7 microns. If for low gravity solids separation, we can utilize high speed decanter centrifuge to separate the fine solids, or VFD decanter centrifuge can be introduced to be used for both barite recovery and LGS separation.


Except for the above equipments, GN solids control also provide vacuum degasser, mud agitator, mud gun,mixing hopper, mud gas separator, mud tank system, etc. We also provide decanter centrifuge, vertical cuttings dryer, high G drying shaker , screw conveyor, etc. drilling waste management equipments.
