2 Sets 1000GPM HDD mud cleaning system for Australia Customer

2 sets of 1000 gpm treating capacity HDD mud cleaning system are ready for delivery to Australia customer for HDD projects.
Each set of 1000gpm treating capacity HDD mud cleaning system consists of the items as below:

One set of 11.5 m length mud tank with walkway, guardrail and stairs., 3 sets of centrifugal pump, 2ea as feeding pump of desander cone and desilter cone, 1 ea centrifugal pump as mixing pump, 1ea mixing hopper, 1 ea of mud agitator.
2 sets of double deck shale shaker installed on the mud tank, one shaker with 2 ea of desander cone and another shaker with 10 ea of 5 inch desilter cone, the mud cleaner treating capacity is 1000gpm, the bottom shaker deck as primary shale shaker to separate the coarse solids, then the mud dropped into the mud tank, the desander feeding pump transfer the mud to desander cone, the separation cut point is 75 microns, the treated mud dropped into the mud tank and the desilter feeding pump transfer the mud to desilter cone, the separation cut point is 25 microns, the clean mud dropped into the mud tank, after mixing with proper chemicals by the mixing hopper, the clean mud can be reused by HDD rig.

The electrical control system and other standard are comply with Australia standard to meet the requirement of our Australia clients, GN Solids Australia will provide professional pre-sales and after sales service.

GN also provide the submersible slurry pump as picking up pump to pick up the mud from waste pit to feed to the double shaker bottom layer shaker deck. GN engineer team can fly to client’s jobsite to provide the first time commissioning and installation service.

HDD Mud Mixing Tank and Mud Cleaning Unit for Middle East Customer

Recently one batch of HDD mud mixing tank and mud cleaning unit are ready for delivery to Middle East client.

Part one is HDD mud mixing tank, including Mud mixing hopper, centrifugal pump ( as mixing pump), centrifugal pump ( as transfer pump to transfer the mud after mixing to other tanks or HDD drilling machine), Mud agitator, mud mixing tank (20ft container size) with tank accessories and electrical control system and lighting.

Part two is HDD mud cleaning unit, including 1 set of 4 panel shale shaker, 1 set of linear motion mud cleaner, 2 unit of mud cleaner feeding pump, 1 set of mud tank (20ft container size) with tank accessories and electric control system, 1 set of lifting frame, lightings. The lifting frame is for convenient lifting of the shale shaker and mud cleaner at one time.
Part three is separate centrifugal pump with control panel.
It is a customized HDD mud recycling system for our client, we also have standard HDD mud recycling system for HDD, bored pile project, CBM, water well drilling and geothermal drilling, TBM, diamond core drilling, etc. applications.

We have 2 types of HDD mud recycling system for different requirement, one is economy mud recycling system, including GNMS-200K with 200gpm treating capacity, GNMS-500K with 500gpm treating capacity, GNMS-1000K with 1000gpm treating capacity.
The other type is self contained mud recycling system, including GNMS-200B with 200gpm treating capacity, GNMS-400B with 400gpm treating capacity, GNMS-600B with 600gpm treating capacity, GNMS-1000B with 1000 gpm treating capacity.
We can make the mud system as skid mounted mud system , it can be loaded on the container trailer for movement; it can be made as hydraulic jack up mud system and trailer mounted mud system.

GNMS-1000 HDD Mud Cleaning System for overseas Client

Recently one set of 1000gpm HDD mud cleaning system are ready for shipment to overseas client. The GNMS-1000D HDD mud cleaning system is a three phase cleaning mud recycling system consists of the components as below:

1. Mud cleaning tank 1 set with mud agitator, tank accessories and electric control system
2. 2ea Shale shaker, 1 ea 1000gpm mud cleaner, the shale shaker works as the primary phase cleaning equipment, the desander cone is as the second phase cleaning equipment and the desilter cone is as the third phase cleaning equipment, the mud cleaner is a 3 in 1 cleaning equipment combined with desander cone, desilter cone and bottom shale shaker. The separation cut point from desilter cone is 20 microns.
3. Mud mixing tank 1 set with tank accessories and electric control system, mud agitators, pumps
4. Jet mixing system, including venture mixing hopper, mud mixing pump, pipelines and accessories are installed on the mud mixing tank skid.

The self contained HDD mud recycling system is a multi functional mud recycling system with mud cleaning, storage , mixing and recycling functions, With various mud cleaning capacity, including 200gpm, 400gpm, 600gpm, 800gpm and 1000gpm. The main applications including trenchless HDD project, CBM drilling, geothermal well drilling, tunnel boring machine or bored pile project, water well drilling and diamond drilling, etc. Depends on the treating capacity, we can provide 2 phase cleaning and 3 phase cleaning mud recycling system.
