2 Sets GNMS-1000GPM Trailer Mounted Mud Recycling System for Middle East HDD Company

Recently 2 sets of GNMS-1000gpm trailer mounted mud recycling system are ready for shipment to Middle East HDD company.

Each GNMS-1000GPM system is a self- contained mud recycling unit rated at 1,000 gallons per minute (approximately 240 m³/h), configured for the three stage solids removal that HDD operations demand. The package delivered to the Middle East customer includes two complete set of 1000GPM recycling systems, two mud storage tanks, and three mixing tanks, forming a closed loop fluid management spread capable of supporting continuous drilling with minimal fresh mud make up.

Primary separation — dual shale shakers. Each system is equipped with two GNZS597K shale shakers operating as the first line of solids defense. The GN shale shaker features high vibration intensity, a large screening area, and an adjustable screen basket angle, allowing operators to tune the shaker to the ground conditions and fluid properties encountered on a given crossing. The compact, robust construction of the GN shale shaker is also well suited to the vibration and transport stresses inherent in a trailer-mounted configuration.

Secondary and tertiary separation — integrated mud cleaner. A single mud cleaner combines desander and desilter hydrocyclones with an underflow shale shaker into one space efficient package. This arrangement removes fine solids in a single compact stage, protecting downstream equipment and preserving the rheological properties of the drilling fluid. The integrated design is particularly valuable on a mobile trailer, where deck space and weight distribution are at a premium.
Fluid conditioning and storage. The two storage tanks provide capacity for processed mud; The three mixing tanks, fitted with agitators and mixing hoppers, allow the contractor to prepare fresh fluid or adjust the properties of recycled mud density, viscosity, and chemical dosing—before it is returned downhole.

It reduces waste disposal costs, minimizes environmental impact, and protects high-pressure pumps by removing excavated solids .The system typically integrates multi-stage separation and auxiliary components on a single skid mounted mud tank or trailer mounted mud tank. 2. TBM slurry separation system: GN TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) Slurry Separation System is a high-capacity solids control solution engineered specifically for Slurry Shield TBM and Microtunneling projects. It is designed to separate excavated soil and sand from bentonite slurry, allowing for continuous recycling of the drilling fluid and efficient management of muck disposal. GN offers standardized skid-mounted or containerized plants based on TBM diameter and excavation rate: GNTBM-260 (260m3/h), GNTBM-360 (360m3/h), GNTBM-500 (500m3/h), GNTBM-800B (800m3/h), GNTBM-1000B (1000m3/h), GNTBM-1500B (1500m3/h) and higher treating capacity TBM slurry separation plant up to 3000m3/h for Large Diameter Road/Rail Tunnels.

4 Sets GN Mud Cleaning System for Europe HDD company

Recently 4 sets of GN mud cleaning system are ready for delivery to Europe HDD company, including 3 sets of GNMS-200C HDD mud recycling system with treating capacity 200gpm, 1 set of GNMS-1500 HDD mud recycling system with treating capacity 1500gpm.

GNMS-200C HDD mud recycling system is a 200gpm self contained mud recycling system, the cut point is 25 microns, the total volume is 5m3. It is a 2 phase cleaning mud system, the first phase cleaning is double deck shale shaker bottom screen for coarse solids separation, the second phase cleaning is 4pcs of 4 inch desilter cone with mud cleaner. 2 units of centrifugal pumps in same model as desilter feeding pump and a mud mixing pump.

GNMS-1500C HDD mud recycling system is a customized 1500gpm mud recycling system, the cut point is 25 microns. Except for high configuration mud recycling system, GN solids control also produce compact design mud cleaning unit for trenchless HDD project, Bored pile project and micro TBM project, diamond core drilling, water well drilling project. GNMS-200K mud cleaning unit with 200gpm capacity, GNMS-500K with 500gpm capacity, GNMS-1000K with 1000gpm capacity.

Recently three packages of HDD mud recycling unit are ready for delivery to Europe client, including 2 sets of GNMS-400C HDD mud recycling system and 1 set of GNMS-200C HDD mud recycling unit.

There are 2 types mud recycling unit produced by GN, the economic HDD mud recycling system are largely used in HDD mud cleaning and recycling without mud storage and mixing function, an extra storage tank and a mixing unit are needed. The self contained mud recycling system integrated with the function of mud recycling, mud storage and mud mixing, it can meet the large drilling rigs mud recycling requirement. We can produce different treating capacity mud recycling system, such as 200gpm, 400gpm, 600gpm, 1000 gpm and customized treating capacity mud system. They can be used for trenchless HDD project, CBM drilling, geothermal drilling, tunnel boring machine or bored pile project, water well drilling and diamond core drilling.

GNMS-200C HDD mud recycling unit is a 200gpm treating capacity mud recycling system, including double deck mud cleaner with hydrocyclones, feeding pump, mixing pump, mixing hopper, mud agitator and mud gun, the mud tank can be shipped by standard contaianer,
GNMS-400C HDD mud recycling system is a 400gpm capacity mud system, the total storage capacity is 8.5m3, the container shipping dimension is 6000mm x 2220mm x 2158mm. The mud cleaner is a double deck bottom shaker with 8ea of 4 inch desilter cone, with feeding pump and mixing pump.
