Mud cleaner: GNZS1836-2C, the bottom shaker model is GNZS1836 with 2pcs of 20 inches desander cones and 14pcs of 6 inch desilter cone, there are 2 units of 90KW feeding pump to feed the TBM slurry to desander cone and desilter cone, the lower deck screen area is 6.48m2 and upper deck screen area is 6.48m2.
The effective volume of the mud tank is 25m3.

6 Package of TBM Slurry Separation Plant for South Korea

GN Solids control delivered 6 packages of TBM Slurry Separation Plants to a major infrastructure project in South Korea. Specifically engineered for slurry balance TBM applications, these systems offer high-efficiency processing capacities of 500 m³/h and 750 m³/h.

3 Package HDD Mud Reycling Unit for Europe Client

Recently three packages of HDD mud recycling unit are ready for delivery to Europe client, including 2 sets of GNMS-400C HDD mud recycling system and 1 set of GNMS-200C HDD mud recycling unit.


There are 2 types mud recycling unit produced by GN, the economic HDD mud recycling system are largely used in HDD mud cleaning and recycling without mud storage and mixing function, an extra storage tank and a mixing unit are needed. The self contained mud recycling system integrated with the function of mud recycling, mud storage and mud mixing, it can meet the large drilling rigs mud recycling requirement. We can produce different treating capacity mud recycling system, such as 200gpm, 400gpm, 600gpm, 1000 gpm and customized treating capacity mud system. They can be used for trenchless HDD project, CBM drilling, geothermal drilling, tunnel boring machine or bored pile project, water well drilling and diamond core drilling.
