After moving to the new 80000m2 new facility, GN introduced new advanced machines and technologies, to develop more new equipments with new technology, the 3 phase decanter centrifuge is also updated according to our experience with clients. The 3 phase decanter centrifuge is widely used for oil sludge separation projects to separate oil, water, solids. The separation is flexible for different liquid phase proportion. The operator can use the adjustable impeller to adjust the pond depth of the heavy liquid conveniently during working. An adjustment mechanism causes the position of the impeller to change.


The bowl material is duplex stainless steel SS2205, the screw conveyor is made of duplex stainless steel SS2205, the screw propeller is protected by tungsten carbide tiles, the material distribution port and solids discharged port are protected by tungsten carbide insert, the bearing is made from SKF or NSK brand, the gearbox is planetary wheel type gearbox.

Drilling Cuttings Vertical Dryer System for Middle East Client

Recently one set of drilling cuttings vertical dryer system are ready for delivery to Middle East Client, the client just finished inspection before delivery to inspect the fitting and performance of the vertical cuttings dryer system.


The vertical cuttings dryer system consists of the equipments as below:
1. Vertical cuttings dryer GNCD930G
2. VFD decanter centrifuge GNLW363D-VFD
3. Screw conveyor 2 sets, one as flushing pump of vertical cuttings dryer, one as feeding pump of decanter centrifuge, their control is inside the control panel of vertical cuttings dryer and decanter centrifuge. The decanter centrifuge VFD control panel
4. Screw conveyor, to transfer the drilling cuttings to vertical dryer system continuously. GN produced screw conveyor have been widely used to transfer drilling cuttings, waste sludge with high solids content but less moisture, industrial waste, etc. materials in the world. GN screw conveyor with each section standard length of 12ft, we can make it with different numbers of sections for different transfer length, as 12 ft with 1 section, 24 ft with 2 sections, 36ft with 3 sections, 48ft with 4 sections. There are sealing rubber between sections and fastened with bolts. The connecting shaft between the middle section and the adjacent blade shaft should be securely fastened with bolts, and the blades at both ends of the hinge bearing should have continuity. When the screw conveyor is installed slantly, GN produced telescopic bracket can be used for angle adjustment. The closed plate cover or grating cover can be selected as requirement.
5. Telescopic skid for decanter centrifuge and vertical cuttings dryer on one skid, for convenient transportation and operation. The telescopic skid can be made as integral skid or separate skid according to the site’s requirement.

Vacuum Degasser and Mud Agitator for China Oilfield Service Company

Several sets of vacuum degasser and mud agitators are ready for delivery to China oil oilfield service company.


GN solids control can provide different types mud agitator for different application, including coupler connection mud agitator, direct connection mud agitator, vertical mud agitator, etc. The gearbox to be used with mud agitator is heavy duty helical bevel type gearbox for reliable operation, especially suitable for heavy mud. We will install different explosion proof standard motor for different project’s requirement, control panel can be optional as client’s requirement, such as IEC EX, ATEX, CNEX, etc. The impeller size and shaft length can be customized as your mud tank dimension.
When the agitator impeller come into contact with the drilling fluids, it forces it to generate vortex motion, thereby preventing the sedimentation of solid particles in the drilling mud, achieving the effect of uniform mixing of solid and liquid phases and consistent density. The connecting plate sandwiched in the middle of the impeller can prevent the solid particles of mud from depositing in the lower part of the impeller after shutdown, thereby reducing the resistance of solid materials to the impeller when starting again, and avoiding the accident of burning the motor due to starting overload. When motor is running, it drives the input shaft of the gearbox to rotate through the rotation of the motor. The output shaft of the gearbox drives the mixing shaft to rotate through a rigid coupling, and the mixing shaft is connected to the impeller through bolts for transmission.

Centrifugal Pump and Solids Control Centrifuge for Africa Client

Recently 2 set of 1500HP drilling rig solids control equipments are ready for delivery to our Africa client. The equipments list including:


6 units of GNZS594J-SHBJ linear motion shale shaker, which is a single deck 4 panel high G force shale shaker. 3 units shale shaker per rig, total treating capacity can reach at least 1500gpm. The shaker screen installed on the shale shaker is produced compliant with API RP 13C standard. Not only for OEM shaker screens for GN own shale shaker, we also produce replacement shaker screens for world famous brand shale shaker. Pls contact with GN solids control for more information.


3 units of GNZJ594J-2S12N linear motion mud cleaner, the bottom shale shaker is same with the linear motion shale shaker, combined with 2 ea 10 inch desander cone and 12 ea of 4 inch desilter cone, the treating capacity is up to 1000gpm. It can be also act as back up shale shaker if required.
16 units of centrifugal pump, the centrifugal pump can be used as feeding pump of desander cone and desilter cone, it can be also used as trip pump, mixing pump, transfer pump, super charging pump.


2 units of GNLW452 decanter centrifuge, this is a middle speed decanter centrifuge which can be used for barite recovery, the separation cut point is 5~7 microns. If for low gravity solids separation, we can utilize high speed decanter centrifuge to separate the fine solids, or VFD decanter centrifuge can be introduced to be used for both barite recovery and LGS separation.

OBM Vertical Cuttings Dryer for Several Africa Customer

Recently several packages of OBM vertical cuttings dryer unit are delivered to several Africa customers. Some clients bought single drilling waste management equipments, including vertical cuttings dryer, decanter centrifuge, screw pump, screw conveyor, spare parts,etc. Some clients ordered the complete vertical cuttings dryer package, which including vertical cuttings dryer, decanter centrifuge with its feeding pump, telescopic skid for the vertical cuttings dryer and decanter centrifuge, fluids catching tank as an intermediate tank, the VFD control panel and feeding pump are installed on the telescopic skid for convenient transportation and operation.

GN vertical cuttings dryer has been updated to G version according to client’s feedback, the lastest version design has been the most user friendly and best performance, it is the ideal equipment for OBM drilling cuttings treatment. GNCD930G-GP vertical cuttings dryer working principal is that the motor drive the main pulley, the main pulley drive the gearbox cover via belt, the gearbox drive the bell jar assembly and screen basket assembly. Fix the gearbox input shaft, to make the gearbox output shaft speed lower than gearbox cover speed, to drive the rotor assembly in a lower speed than screen basket assembly speed. Then, the screen basket assembly and rotor assembly form same rotation direction separation machine with proper differential speed.
