GNZS596K double deck shale shaker is one of the popular shale shaker model among GN solids control equipments, we offer linear motion and dual motion ( linear motion and balanced elliptical motion) for your option, there are two layer decks, the top layer with 2 panels shaker screen, the bottom layer with 4 panels shaker screens, total 6pcs shaker screens, the shaker screen size are same for easier inventory plan, all of the shaker screens are composite material frame shaker screens with stainless steel 316L wire mesh. The screen installation is by ratchet wrench and rapid press for faster fixing and replacement of shaker screens. We also offer 2 options for the bottom shaker screens ( main layer), for normal drilling conditions, flat type shaker screens will be applied which is same with top layer screens. For special requirements on the treating capacity and separation efficiency, pyramid type composite material shaker screens will be applied to meet client’s requirement. The shale shaker is driven by 2ea of 2.2KW vibration motors , the maximum vibration G force is up to 7.5G and it is adjustable. We can produce CNEX, ATEX, IECEX explosion proof vibration motor and starter to meet client’s requirement.

In modern drilling operations, the intrusion of gases such as methane, carbon dioxide, or hydrogen sulfide can severely compromise mud properties, leading to reduced density, unstable viscosity, and potentially catastrophic well control hazards.
GN vacuum degasser utilizes the suction function of the vacuum pump to create a negative pressure inside the vacuum tank. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the mud enters the hollow shaft of the rotor through the suction pipe, and then sprays towards the tank wall through the windows around the hollow shaft. Through the suction of the vacuum pump and the separation of the gas-water separator, gas is discharged to a safe area through the exhaust pipe, and mud is discharged from the slurry outlet through centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller driven by the main motor.
