Recently three sets of GN mud recycling system and 40 units of slurry pumps are shipped to HDD clients.


GN Solids control successfully delivered 3 sets of GNMS-1000 mud treatment systems and 40 units of strong wear resistant slurry pumps to HDD (trenchless) customers, to enhance their overall trenchless construction efficiency.
Each set of mud cleaning system integrates one shale shaker, one mud cleaner, one unit of mud tank, centrifugal pump, and mud agitator, enabling mud cleaning and mixing, as well as efficient mud storage, thus meeting the needs of complex working conditions of trenchless projects.
The 40 sets of submersible slurry pumps feature high chromium alloy pump casings and impellers, offering strong wear resistance and a maintenance free design. They are specifically designed for slurry transfer in non excavation mud pits, to ensure uninterrupted construction.

GNMS-1000K mud cleaning unit technical specifications are as below:
The treating capacity is 240m3/h ( 1000gpm), the separation cut point is 40 microns, the function of the mud system is cleaning, without mixing and storage, if the client need mud mixing function and also storage capacity, one extra storage tank with mud mixing hopper and mud mixing tank can be provided separately, and the client can prepare storage tank locally. One double deck mud cleaner is installed on the fluids catching tank, the bottom layer shaker screen is used as coarse solids shale shaker, the top layer shaker screen works as mud cleaner bottom screen, 2 units of 10 inch desander cone are installed on top of the double deck shale shaker.

Recently one set of ATEX and CE certified solids control system are ready for shipment to Europe client.


A complete solids control system including mud gas separator, drilling fluids shale shaker, mud cleaner combo unit ( desander, desilter, shale shaker), vacuum degasser, decanter centrifuge, feeding pump, mud agitator, centrifugal pump, mud tank system and explosion proof electrical control system. When this system carries both ATEX and CE certifications, it signifies compliance with stringent European Union regulations for safety and performance.

GN High G Drying shaker and mud agitator for Middle East Customer

One batch of GN High G drying shaker and mud agitator are shipped to Middle East customer.

The high G drying shaker is mainly used for water based drilling cuttings treatment, it can be also used for oil based drilling cuttings before or after vertical cuttings dryer, to reduce the solids content of the drilling cuttings and improve the separation efficiency of the vertical cuttings dryer and decanter centrifuge. The client can use different mesh size shaker screens for the drying requirement of the drilling cuttings.
GNZS594K-GZ high G drying shaker is the most popular model high G drying shaker, which is drived by 2ea 2.3HP vibration motor, the max G vibration G force is up to 8.0G and it is adjustable. 4pcs of composite material frame shaker screens are installed on the high G shaker, the screen area is 2.73m2, the deck angle is adjustable from -1°to +5°, the feeding method is hopper feeder. We can provide CNEX, ATEX and IEC EX for different requirement.


The mud agitator is used for drilling mud tank system, it is used for stirring and mixing of the drilling fluids to prevent the solids particles of drilling fluids from depositing in the mud tank system. Features of the GN G series mud agitator:
1. Helical bevel type gearbox is adopted, with compact structure, good agitating performance, reliable operation and less maintenance parts
2. The explosion proof motor is directly connected to the input shaft of the gearbox, compared with the E series mud agitator which with connection coupler, the structure is more compact, less wear parts, easier maintenance.
3. The combination of helical bevel type gearbox and explosion proof motor is good for working under harsh conditions

GN Drilling Cuttings Treatment Equipment for Middle East Customer

One batch of GN drilling cuttings treatment equipments are ready for delivery to Middle East customer, including 3 sets of high G drying shaker GNZS594K and 2 sets of vertical cuttings dryer GNCD930G.
What is the difference of high G drying shaker with vertical cuttings dryer?
1. Application difference: The high G drying shaker is normally used to treat water based drilling cuttings, the vertical cuttings dryer is normally used to treat oil based mud/ drilling cuttings.


2. Working principal difference: High G drying shaker ( also called as high G dryer) is high vibration G force shale shaker with fine mesh shaker screens. It is drived by 2ea vibration motors, the shaker screen is 4 pcs of 585x1165mm composite material frame shaker screens. When the water based drilling cuttings are feed to high G dryer buffer tank, the massive G force immediately pins solids against the fine screen mesh ( as fine as 200 mesh/74 microns).Liquid passes through the screen and is recovered, while dry solids are conveyed and out by augers.


Vertical cuttings dryer ( also called as verti-G dryer), when the OBM or SOBM wet cuttings are feed to verti G dryer feeding port by screw conveyor, A stainless steel screen basket traps wet solids and accelerates it up to 900rpm with up to 420G, the liquid is forced through screen openings, the dry solids are extracted by the angled flights attached to the rotor, which rotate slightly slower than the screen. The tungsten carbide protect the flights from abrasive solids and ensures longer operation life.
3. Treatment result is different.
The high G drying shaker can dry the WBM drilling cuttings with moisture less than 30% ~ 40%, the vertical cuttiings dryer can dry the SOBM drilling cuttings with OOC <5%, which can be sent to Thermal Desorption Unit for further treatment.

1. 3 sets of GNZS594K drilling mud shale shaker, it has 4 panel shaker screen, the vibration mode is linear motion, the reference flow rate is 140m3/h, it is drived by 2ea 1.94KW vibration motor, the vibration G force is adjustable and up to 7.5G, the total screen area is 2.73m2. The deck angle is adjustable from -1° to +5°.


2. 1 set of GNZJ594K-3S16N mud cleaner, this is a combo unit combined 3ea of 10 inch desander cone, 16ea of 4 inch desilter cone and bottom shale shaker. The treating capacity is 1500gpm.The bottom shale shaker model is GNZS594K, same with the linear motion shale shaker, the shaker screen is same 4 pcs of 585x1165mm shaker screens.
3. 1 set of GNZCQ360 vacuum degasser


4. 1 set of GNLW363D drilling fluids decanter centrifuge, the bowl diameter is 14 inch, the bowl length is 50 inch, the bowl and the screw core shaft are made of duplex stainless steel SS2304 by centrifugal casting, the other major parts are made of stainless steel 316L, the screw are protected by tungsten carbide tiles, which is interchangeable. The solids outlet and liquid outlet are protected by replaceable hard alloy sleeve.
