The high G drying shaker is mainly used for water based drilling cuttings treatment, it can be also used for oil based drilling cuttings before or after vertical cuttings dryer, to reduce the solids content of the drilling cuttings and improve the separation efficiency of the vertical cuttings dryer and decanter centrifuge. The client can use different mesh size shaker screens for the drying requirement of the drilling cuttings.
GNZS594K-GZ high G drying shaker is the most popular model high G drying shaker, which is drived by 2ea 2.3HP vibration motor, the max G vibration G force is up to 8.0G and it is adjustable. 4pcs of composite material frame shaker screens are installed on the high G shaker, the screen area is 2.73m2, the deck angle is adjustable from -1°to +5°, the feeding method is hopper feeder. We can provide CNEX, ATEX and IEC EX for different requirement.


The mud agitator is used for drilling mud tank system, it is used for stirring and mixing of the drilling fluids to prevent the solids particles of drilling fluids from depositing in the mud tank system. Features of the GN G series mud agitator:
1. Helical bevel type gearbox is adopted, with compact structure, good agitating performance, reliable operation and less maintenance parts
2. The explosion proof motor is directly connected to the input shaft of the gearbox, compared with the E series mud agitator which with connection coupler, the structure is more compact, less wear parts, easier maintenance.

GN Drilling Cuttings Treatment Equipment for Middle East Customer

What is the difference of high G drying shaker with vertical cuttings dryer?
1. Application difference: The high G drying shaker is normally used to treat water based drilling cuttings, the vertical cuttings dryer is normally used to treat oil based mud/ drilling cuttings.


2. Working principal difference: High G drying shaker ( also called as high G dryer) is high vibration G force shale shaker with fine mesh shaker screens. It is drived by 2ea vibration motors, the shaker screen is 4 pcs of 585x1165mm composite material frame shaker screens. When the water based drilling cuttings are feed to high G dryer buffer tank, the massive G force immediately pins solids against the fine screen mesh ( as fine as 200 mesh/74 microns).Liquid passes through the screen and is recovered, while dry solids are conveyed and out by augers.


Vertical cuttings dryer ( also called as verti-G dryer), when the OBM or SOBM wet cuttings are feed to verti G dryer feeding port by screw conveyor, A stainless steel screen basket traps wet solids and accelerates it up to 900rpm with up to 420G, the liquid is forced through screen openings, the dry solids are extracted by the angled flights attached to the rotor, which rotate slightly slower than the screen. The tungsten carbide protect the flights from abrasive solids and ensures longer operation life.
3. Treatment result is different.
The high G drying shaker can dry the WBM drilling cuttings with moisture less than 30% ~ 40%, the vertical cuttiings dryer can dry the SOBM drilling cuttings with OOC <5%, which can be sent to Thermal Desorption Unit for further treatment.

The deck angle is adjustable from -1° to +5°.


2. 1 set of GNZJ594K-3S16N mud cleaner, this is a combo unit combined 3ea of 10 inch desander cone, 16ea of 4 inch desilter cone and bottom shale shaker. The treating capacity is 1500gpm.The bottom shale shaker model is GNZS594K, same with the linear motion shale shaker, the shaker screen is same 4 pcs of 585x1165mm shaker screens.

4. 1 set of GNLW363D drilling fluids decanter centrifuge, the bowl diameter is 14 inch, the bowl length is 50 inch, the bowl and the screw core shaft are made of duplex stainless steel SS2304 by centrifugal casting, the other major parts are made of stainless steel 316L, the screw are protected by tungsten carbide tiles, which is interchangeable. The solids outlet and liquid outlet are protected by replaceable hard alloy sleeve.

Hydrovac Slurry Separation System for America Client

Recently one set of hydrovac slurry separation system are ready for shipment to America client. The customized hydrovac slurry separation system including:
1. Coarse screening module, including feeding hopper with spray nozzle for hydrovac truck loading the materials. The top of the hopper has a big opening mesh and the discharge port is controlled by valves to feed to the coarse screening shaker.


The coarse shaker with a catch tank, 2 units mud agitators are installed at each side of the mud tank for better agitating. The submersible slurry pump can transfer the fluids which is discharged from coarse solids separation shaker, and feed to the next fine mesh shale shaker.
2. Fine mesh screening module, the fine mesh shale shaker and desilter mud cleaner are installed on the shaker tank, which can be divided into 2 compartments. The solids bigger than 300 microns can be separated out by the fine mesh shaker.


3. Desilter module, The fluids will drop into the mud tank under the shale shaker, then the desilter feeding pump feed the fluids to the desilter cone of the mud cleaner. The mud agitators are installed on the shaker tank. The desilter separation cut point is 15~40 microns.


4. Big bowl decanter centrifuge module, the big bowl decanter centrifuge with chemical dosing unit are installed on the telescopic skid, the mechanical separation cut point is 2~ 5 microns, with chemical dosing system, the ultra fine solids can be also separated out. The fluids catching tank under the skid can collect the centrifuge discharged fluids and a centrifugal pump can transfer the water to other tanks. The big bowl centrifuge is a 22 inch bowl and the bowl length is 71 inch, with a positive pressurized VFD control panel.

Triple Shale Shaker with Mud Cleaner for Middle East Drilling Company

One batch of triple shale shaker with mud cleaner are ready for delivery to Middle East drilling company.


The triple shale shaker consists of 2 units of linear motion shale shaker and 1 unit linear motion mud cleaner, the bottom shale shaker of mud cleaner is same with the shale shaker, which can be also used as the third shale shaker, it can be used as both shale shaker and mud cleaner. The 3 units of shale shakers are installed on the same skid for convenient movement. The anti splash cover is utilized for each shale shaker to prevent the drilling fluids from splashing to the rig floor.


The shale shaker model is GNZS594K, the design flow rate is 140m3/h, the shale shaker is drived by 2 ea vibration motor 1.94KWx2, 4pcs of composite material frame shaker screen are installed on the shale shaker, the total screen area is 2.73m2, the shaker screen is produced compliant with API RP13C standard, with 3 layers stainless steel wire mesh. The shaker deck angle adjusting device including recucer connected by a sturdy rod. Either side can be synchronously change the shaker deck during shaker running. There are 2 ways of fluids discharge for option of the shale shaker, bottom discharge and side discharge, it can be selected by different requirement. We can provide different explosion proof standard CNEX, ATEX, IEC EX for option.


The mud cleaner is a combination of desander cone, desilter cone and bottom shale shaker, according to different requirements, we can use different desander cone qty and desilter cone qty. The mud cleaner including 3ea of 10 inch desander cone, 16ea of 4 inch desilter cone and bottom shaker, the treating capacity is 1000gpm.
