Recently one set of small solids liquid separation unit and one package of decanter centrifuge are shipped to Europe client.
The technical configuration of the small solids liquid separation unit is as below:

1) 1 unit of 2 panel shale shaker GNZS752F installed 2 pcs composite material frame shaker screens, we can produce shaker screen from API 20 to API 300 comply with API RP13C standard. The shale shaker is to separate coarse solids from the fluids and reduce the solids content.
2) 1 unit of decanter centrifuge GNLW223D-VFD with feeding pump, the max capacity is 130L/min, normal capacity for waste water is 100L/min, the bowl length is 26.4 inch with ratio 3.

3) 1 unit of mud tank to install the decanter centrifuge and shale shaker on top, the feeding pump is installed on the skid of the tank.
4) One set of electric control system to control all the motors, all the equipments are labled and certified with CE.

Besides the solids liquid separation unit for drilling, the client also required one package of decanter centrifuge GNLW224E, the bowl diameter is 9 inch (220mm), bowl length is 36.4 inch (924mm), the ratio of bowl length/ bowl diameter is 4.2, which is much bigger than GNLW223D, which with bowl length 670mm/ bowl diameter 220mm =3. The fluids will stay in the bowl for longer time and the discharged water is more clear. The max bowl speed is 5000rpm, the typical bowl speed is 0 ~ 4500 rpm. The max G force is up to 3077G, the typical G force is 2492G, with main motor 11KW, back drive motor 5.5KW, the gearbox ratio is 95:1, the gearbox torch is 1400 N.M. The decanter centrifuge are installed on the frame for convenient lifting and transportation, the catch tank under the decanter centrifuge to collect the discharged fluids.

The working process is as below:
The submersible slurry pump pick up the used drilling fluids from the waste pit to desilter with double deck shale shaker: the first phase is bottom deck shale shaker to separate coarse solids so that the drilling fluids can be feed to desilter cone properly. The centrifugal pump feed the clean drilling fluids to desilter cone to separate fine solids with cut point 2~5 microns, the clean drilling fluids drop down into the mud tank, the user can add powder chemicals into the venturi hopper, the mixing pump provide proper pressure to help mixing evenly. The clean fluids are ready for recycling in the mixing compartment. The mud agitator and mud gun are agitating the fluids to prevent the solids suspension in the tank bottom.

The technical configuration is as below:
1) 1 unit of GNZY753F-Y4N mud cleaner ( double deck shale shaker + desilter cone), all the shaker screen installed on the mud cleaner is composite material shaker screen, the desilter cone is 100% polyurethane material with better wear resistance material.
2) 1 unit of feeding pump
3) 1 unit of mixing pump
4) 1 unit of mixing hopper
5) 1 unit of 2 inch mud gun
6) 1 set of mud tank with tank accessories, with electrical control system and lightings
Another unit of 200gpm mud system under production for the same client, last year they purchased 3 sets of 600gpm mud system.

As a professional piling desander unit manufacturer in China, our desander unit has been widely used for bored piling project and TBM project in the world and domestic market. Recently we shipped 10 units of 500gpm desanding unit to Asia client. The configuration is as below:

1) 1 ea of 10 inch desander cone installed on the double deck shale shaker, the separation cut point is 40 microns.
2) The double deck shale shaker is installed on the V bottom mud tank, the feeding pump of the desander cone is installed on the mud tank as compact design.
3) No mixing hopper and mixing pump is included in the desanding unit, if the client need mud mixing unit, we will provide a separate jet mud mixer with a storage tank to connect with the desanding unit.
The working principal is as below:

1) The submersible slurry pump outside is feeding the bored piling or TBM slurry to the double deck shaker bottom screen, to separate the coarse solids from the slurry, the slurry is dropped into the mud tank, the centrifugal pump will transfer the slurry to the desander cone to separate the fine solids up to 45 microns. The double deck shale shaker can increase the treating capacity and better separation performance.
2) The clean fluids are flow to a separate mud tank for reuse, the user can connect the jet mud mixer with this tank to add chemicals and prepare for new fluids.
3) The centrifugal pump installed in the desander unit is produced by GN solids control, the pump head and all the parts are interchangeable with world famous brand centrifugal pump. The wear parts impeller, mechanical seal and pump casing is made of hard ductile iron alloy for better abrasion resistant.
