Recently one batch of core drilling hydraulic drive centrifuge system are ready for shipment. The main components consists of hydraulic drive centrifuge, hydraulic driving system, diesel engine, mud tank, feeding pump, mixing pump, mixing hopper. The hydraulic drive centrifuge system is specially designed for solids liquid separation of waste water in core drilling, in geological and mineral exploration, geological core drilling, the centrifuge separation system is commonly used for solids liquid separation of core drilling mud. It is operated without any electricity power supply, use the diesel engine to supply power. As a modular design hydraulic drive centrifuge unit, it is a lightweight design to meet the requirement for helicopter hoisting.

2. Cutting point: 2 ~5 microns
3. Treating capacity of the whole hydraulic drive centrifuge unit: 50~ 130 L/min

Containerized Tank Cleaning Oil Sludge Treatment System for Europe Customer

One set of containerized tank cleaning oil sludge treatment system are shipped to Europe customer.

As an OEM manufacturer of oil sludge treatment system in China, GN solids control design and produce standard oil sludge treatment system to treat drilling waste, waste oil sludge, oily water, and other oil waste. Fully Hydraulic drive decanter centrifuge two phase separation module, 1 set , 18 inch bowl diameter, bowl length 61 inch, the typical treating capacity is 60m3/h and dewatering capacity is 15m3/h, The main motor is 100HP, the fully hydraulic drive system is from VISCOTHERM brand. The full hydraulic drive decanter centrifuge can be used in high ambient temperature for heavy mud with flexible bowl and differential speed. The bowl main components are made of duplex stainless steel SS2304 by centrifugal casting, which is superior to the performance of SS304 and SS316L.

4 sets of GNLW223D drilling mud mini decanter centrifuge packages, it consists of 9 inch diameter GNLW223D mini decanter centrifuge and fluids catching tank under the decanter centrifuge. GNLW223D decanter centrifuge is the popular model decanter centrifuge which has been widely used for diamond core drilling waste water treatment, the function is for water recovery to reduce the water consumption, and reduce the drilling waste, which is for environmental friendly and reduce the waste treatment cost. 8 sets of GNZS593K drilling fluids shale shaker, it is a 3 panel shale shaker with 3pcs of 585x1165mm composite material frame shaker screens, the shaker screens produced by GN solids control is compliant with API RP13C standard.


4 sets of GNZS593K-2S12N mud cleaner with feeding pump, the treating capacity is 1000gpm with 2ea of 10 inch desander cone, 12 ea of 4 inch desilter cone, the bottom shale shaker is same with the linear motion shale shaker GNZS593K.


4 sets of vacuum degasser, it is a horizontal type vacuum degasser used to remove gas from gas cut mud, it can be applied for Suitable for Oil Based Mud, Water Based Mud, Synthetic based Mud. The vacuum pump suction create a negative pressure inside the vacuum tank, under the action of atmospheric pressure, the mud enters the hollow shaft of the rotor through the suction pipe, and sprays towards the tank wall through the windows. Through the suction of the vacuum pump and separation of gas water separator, the gas is discharged to a safe area.


8 sets of jet shearing hopper, With mud shearing venturies, discharge nozzles, sack cutting tables & isolation valves, operation table and angle port. It can be used to make up drilling fluid, to change the density, viscosity, dehydration, acid-base property etc. The centrifugal pump as mixing pump to work together with jet shearing hopper.
The mud tank system including mud agitator, centrifugal pump, mud gun, mud tank pipelines, accessories and electrical control system will be produced locally by Indonesia partner.
