GNMS-200C HDD mud recycling system is a 200gpm self contained mud recycling system, the cut point is 25 microns, the total volume is 5m3. It is a 2 phase cleaning mud system, the first phase cleaning is double deck shale shaker bottom screen for coarse solids separation, the second phase cleaning is 4pcs of 4 inch desilter cone with mud cleaner. 2 units of centrifugal pumps in same model as desilter feeding pump and a mud mixing pump.


GNMS-1500C HDD mud recycling system is a customized 1500gpm mud recycling system, the cut point is 25 microns. Except for high configuration mud recycling system, GN solids control also produce compact design mud cleaning unit for trenchless HDD project, Bored pile project and micro TBM project, diamond core drilling, water well drilling project. GNMS-200K mud cleaning unit with 200gpm capacity, GNMS-500K with 500gpm capacity, GNMS-1000K with 1000gpm capacity.

2 Sets 1000GPM HDD mud cleaning system for Australia Customer

2 sets of 1000 gpm treating capacity HDD mud cleaning system are ready for delivery to Australia customer for HDD projects.
Each set of 1000gpm treating capacity HDD mud cleaning system consists of the items as below:


One set of 11.5 m length mud tank with walkway, guardrail and stairs., 3 sets of centrifugal pump, 2ea as feeding pump of desander cone and desilter cone, 1 ea centrifugal pump as mixing pump, 1ea mixing hopper, 1 ea of mud agitator.
2 sets of double deck shale shaker installed on the mud tank, one shaker with 2 ea of desander cone and another shaker with 10 ea of 5 inch desilter cone, the mud cleaner treating capacity is 1000gpm, the bottom shaker deck as primary shale shaker to separate the coarse solids, then the mud dropped into the mud tank, the desander feeding pump transfer the mud to desander cone, the separation cut point is 75 microns, the treated mud dropped into the mud tank and the desilter feeding pump transfer the mud to desilter cone, the separation cut point is 25 microns, the clean mud dropped into the mud tank, after mixing with proper chemicals by the mixing hopper, the clean mud can be reused by HDD rig.

Containerized Tank Cleaning Oil Sludge Treatment System for Europe Customer

One set of containerized tank cleaning oil sludge treatment system are shipped to Europe customer.

As an OEM manufacturer of oil sludge treatment system in China, GN solids control design and produce standard oil sludge treatment system to treat drilling waste, waste oil sludge, oily water, and other oil waste. We have GNOST-01, GNOST-05 & GNOST-15 oil sludge treatment system with treating capacity 1 ~2 m3/h, 5m3/h and 15m3/h. Also we can produce customized oil sludge treatment system as client’s special requirement. The purpose to use GN oil sludge treatment system is to reduce the drilling waste in volume before feeding to Thermal Desorption Unit and separate the oil, water and solids, so that the power consumption and operation cost will be reduced and the treatment efficiency of TDU will be also improved.

Fully Hydraulic drive decanter centrifuge two phase separation module, 1 set , 18 inch bowl diameter, bowl length 61 inch, the typical treating capacity is 60m3/h and dewatering capacity is 15m3/h, The main motor is 100HP, the fully hydraulic drive system is from VISCOTHERM brand. The full hydraulic drive decanter centrifuge can be used in high ambient temperature for heavy mud with flexible bowl and differential speed. The bowl main components are made of duplex stainless steel SS2304 by centrifugal casting, which is superior to the performance of SS304 and SS316L.

GN Module Hydrovac Slurry Dewatering System for Overseas Client

Recently one complete set of module Hydrovac slurry dewatering system are ready for delivery.
There are totally five modules for the customized hydrovac slurry dewatering system:


Coarse screening module: GNLMP-1536 mining coarse separation screen is used to remove coarse solids from the construction slurry. The high screening efficiency and large treating capacity can ensure the further step treatment with better performance.


Fine screening module: Double deck fine screening shale shaker GNZS596K can separate fine solids from the construction slurry. The top layer screen work as coarse solids separation screen, the bottom layer screen works as fine solids separation screen, the max treating capacity is up to 140m3/h, compared with the single deck shale shaker, the double deck shale shaker can remove the fine solids better, and make the discharged solids drier.
Desanding & desiltering module: The mud cleaner is a combination of desander cone, desilter cone and bottom shale shaker. The desander cone separation cut point is 40 microns, the desilter cone separation cut point is 25 microns.


Centrifuge separation unit: The big bowl big volume decanter centrifuge GNLW553D-VFD is used to separate the ultra fine solids 5~10 microns by working with chemical doing unit, the mixed chemicals is prepared and transferred by the chemical dosing pump to static mixer, the fluids is feed by the feeding pump to the centrifuge feed tube, the chemicals adding is to increase the centrifuge separation performance and to make the discharged solids drier, which will be collected by waste collection box.
Chemical dosing unit: the 20ft containerized chemical dosing unit, including fully automatic polymer mixing, storage and injection to enhance dewatering. The container type chemical dosing unit is designed for convenient transportation, operation and for better protection.

3 Sets GNTBM-360 Slurry Separation Plant for Overseas Pipe Jacking Project

Recently 3 sets of GNTBM-360 slurry separation plant are shipping to overseas pipe jacking project.

The technical specification is as below:
The treating capacity is 360m3/h, separation cut point is 30μm, the effective tank volume is 24m3, total power is 164KW, the shipping dimension is L6058×W2438×H3115mm, it can be shipped by bulk cargo vessel, the gross weight is 23000 kgs. The GNTBM-360 Slurry Separation Plant consists of 2pcs of 16 inch desander cone, 8pcs of 6 inches desilter cone, with desander desilter feeding pump 75KW, the desander cleaner is GNZS1536-2A with lower deck screen area 5.4m2, upper deck screen area 5.4m2, the deck angle is±3 °.The mud tank size is same with 20ft container size, the equipments on top of the mud tank with lifting frame for convenient lifting and installation. The walkway and guardrail around the mud tank for convenient operation, the control panel is installed for easy operation for people stand on the ground.


The working process is as below:
The transfer pump feed the slurry to the double deck shale shaker lower deck through the coarse screening inlet pipe, to remove the coarse solids from the slurry. The built in #1 slurry pump transfer the slurry separated by coarse screening to desander cone, the clean mud flow out from the overflow port, the cuttings is discharged from the desander drop in apex, and fall on the upper deck of the double deck shale shaker to recover more useful fluids. The built in #2 slurry pump feed the clean mud to desilter cone, the clean fluids flows out from the desilter upper part, and overflows to the storage tank outside the system, which can be reused for the TBM machine. The solids particles will be dried and collected for disposal.
