GN Vacuum Degasser and Shale Shakers for Middle East Client

GN Solids Control, a leading manufacturer of solids control equipment and drilling waste management systems, has established a strong and growing presence in the Middle East oil and gas market. Recently one batch of vacuum degasser and shale shakers are ready for delivery to Middle East client.

The Middle East remains the world’s premier oil and gas producing region, yet its drilling environment presents unique and formidable challenges. Extreme desert temperatures frequently exceed 45°C, abrasive sand and dust place constant wear on equipment, and the geological formations often contain shallow gas pockets that pose serious well control risks. GN solids control produce vacuum degasser and shale shaker can be utilized well for the drilling conditions in Middle East.
The GN ZCQ Series Vacuum Degasser is a specialized device designed for the effective treatment of gas-contaminated drilling fluids. In modern drilling operations, the intrusion of gases such as methane, carbon dioxide, or hydrogen sulfide can severely compromise mud properties, leading to reduced density, unstable viscosity, and potentially catastrophic well control hazards.
GN vacuum degasser utilizes the suction function of the vacuum pump to create a negative pressure inside the vacuum tank. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the mud enters the hollow shaft of the rotor through the suction pipe, and then sprays towards the tank wall through the windows around the hollow shaft. Through the suction of the vacuum pump and the separation of the gas-water separator, gas is discharged to a safe area through the exhaust pipe, and mud is discharged from the slurry outlet through centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller driven by the main motor.

The GNZS594 shale shaker has been widely in oil and gas drilling industry due to its reliable performance and durable design. This single deck shale shaker is particularly popular in oil and gas drilling and large trenchless HDD projects.
