3 Package HDD Mud Reycling Unit for Europe Client

Recently three packages of HDD mud recycling unit are ready for delivery to Europe client, including 2 sets of GNMS-400C HDD mud recycling system and 1 set of GNMS-200C HDD mud recycling unit.


There are 2 types mud recycling unit produced by GN, the economic HDD mud recycling system are largely used in HDD mud cleaning and recycling without mud storage and mixing function, an extra storage tank and a mixing unit are needed. The self contained mud recycling system integrated with the function of mud recycling, mud storage and mud mixing, it can meet the large drilling rigs mud recycling requirement. We can produce different treating capacity mud recycling system, such as 200gpm, 400gpm, 600gpm, 1000 gpm and customized treating capacity mud system. They can be used for trenchless HDD project, CBM drilling, geothermal drilling, tunnel boring machine or bored pile project, water well drilling and diamond core drilling.


GNMS-200C HDD mud recycling unit is a 200gpm treating capacity mud recycling system, including double deck mud cleaner with hydrocyclones, feeding pump, mixing pump, mixing hopper, mud agitator and mud gun, the mud tank can be shipped by standard contaianer,
GNMS-400C HDD mud recycling system is a 400gpm capacity mud system, the total storage capacity is 8.5m3, the container shipping dimension is 6000mm x 2220mm x 2158mm. The mud cleaner is a double deck bottom shaker with 8ea of 4 inch desilter cone, with feeding pump and mixing pump.

Containerized Tank Cleaning Oil Sludge Treatment System for Europe Customer

One set of containerized tank cleaning oil sludge treatment system are shipped to Europe customer.

As an OEM manufacturer of oil sludge treatment system in China, GN solids control design and produce standard oil sludge treatment system to treat drilling waste, waste oil sludge, oily water, and other oil waste. We have GNOST-01, GNOST-05 & GNOST-15 oil sludge treatment system with treating capacity 1 ~2 m3/h, 5m3/h and 15m3/h. Also we can produce customized oil sludge treatment system as client’s special requirement. The purpose to use GN oil sludge treatment system is to reduce the drilling waste in volume before feeding to Thermal Desorption Unit and separate the oil, water and solids, so that the power consumption and operation cost will be reduced and the treatment efficiency of TDU will be also improved.


The technical configuration including:
1. 20ft containerized pre-mixing tank module, 2 sets
2. Double deck shale shaker separation module, including the double deck shale shaker with anti splash cover and flushing system, mud agitator, liquid level meter, 1 set


3. Fully Hydraulic drive decanter centrifuge two phase separation module, 1 set , 18 inch bowl diameter, bowl length 61 inch, the typical treating capacity is 60m3/h and dewatering capacity is 15m3/h, The main motor is 100HP, the fully hydraulic drive system is from VISCOTHERM brand. The full hydraulic drive decanter centrifuge can be used in high ambient temperature for heavy mud with flexible bowl and differential speed. The bowl main components are made of duplex stainless steel SS2304 by centrifugal casting, which is superior to the performance of SS304 and SS316L.
4. Chemical dosing unit module, 1 set

3 Sets GNTBM-360 Slurry Separation Plant for Overseas Pipe Jacking Project

Recently 3 sets of GNTBM-360 slurry separation plant are shipping to overseas pipe jacking project.

The technical specification is as below:
The treating capacity is 360m3/h, separation cut point is 30μm, the effective tank volume is 24m3, total power is 164KW, the shipping dimension is L6058×W2438×H3115mm, it can be shipped by bulk cargo vessel, the gross weight is 23000 kgs. The GNTBM-360 Slurry Separation Plant consists of 2pcs of 16 inch desander cone, 8pcs of 6 inches desilter cone, with desander desilter feeding pump 75KW, the desander cleaner is GNZS1536-2A with lower deck screen area 5.4m2, upper deck screen area 5.4m2, the deck angle is±3 °.The mud tank size is same with 20ft container size, the equipments on top of the mud tank with lifting frame for convenient lifting and installation. The walkway and guardrail around the mud tank for convenient operation, the control panel is installed for easy operation for people stand on the ground.


The working process is as below:
The transfer pump feed the slurry to the double deck shale shaker lower deck through the coarse screening inlet pipe, to remove the coarse solids from the slurry. The built in #1 slurry pump transfer the slurry separated by coarse screening to desander cone, the clean mud flow out from the overflow port, the cuttings is discharged from the desander drop in apex, and fall on the upper deck of the double deck shale shaker to recover more useful fluids. The built in #2 slurry pump feed the clean mud to desilter cone, the clean fluids flows out from the desilter upper part, and overflows to the storage tank outside the system, which can be reused for the TBM machine. The solids particles will be dried and collected for disposal.

Tank cleaning unit and oil waste separation system

As the manufacturer of tank cleaning unit and oil waste separation system in China, GN solids control has designed and produced customized tank cleaning unit and oil waste treatment system for our client.


GN automatic tank cleaning unit is a closed loop system to clean the mud tank , oil tank, chemical tank and slurry tanks. GN tank cleaning unit can supply fresh water to the high pressure tank cleaning machine/nozzle which is mounted inside the tank to be cleaned. By the tank cleaning continuous process, it will minimize the water consumption and manpower. The high pressure pump is installed on the one skid tank cleaning unit which is used to supply the fresh water to the high pressure cleaning nozzle. We have two different design for the tank cleaning unit, one is the one skid design, all the components are installed on one skid for convenient transportation; the other one is the 3 skid design, it is composed of suction and discharged skid, treatment skid, storage skid, each skid with DNV lifting frame for operation at offshore rig platform. We can provide CNEX, ATEX and IEC EX as per project requirement.


After treated by the tank cleaning unit, the fluids can be treated by three phase decanter centrifuge separation system for oil, water, solids separation, the treated water can be also supplied to the high pressure cleaning machine, the oil can be recovery and the solids for final disposal. The three phase decanter centrifuge GNLW364 is designed for solids liquid liquid separation, with capacity 5m3/h. The max speed is 3964rpm and max G force 3200G. The screw propeller is protected by tungsten carbide tiles for longer working life. The mud distribution nozzle is protected by tungsten carbide inserts.
