Oil Sludge Treatment System in China

One set of oil sludge treatment system is ready for shipment for one client in China. The technical configuration for GN oil sludge treatment system is as below:

1) Pre-mixing tank modular: including mud tank, heating lines inside mud tank, handrails, walkway, pipelines, stairs, etc. Submersible slurry pump as feeding pump of shale shaker, mud agitator to mix the oil sludge after heating and chemical jetting process, liquid level meter and electric control system.
2) Coarse shaker modular: including mud tank with heating lines, shale shaker installed on the shaker tank with internal spray system and sealing cover, mud agitator to mix the oil sludge, liquid level meter, and mud tank accessories with lightings, electric control system.

3) Centrifuge modular: including decanter centrifuge with feeding pump, 3 phase centrifuge with flushing pump, decanter centrifuge installed on the mud tank to separate solids from fluids, the clean fluids flow to 3 phase centrifuge to separate oil from water, the pure oil is recovered and flow to buffer tank with liquid level meter. The pure water is flow to buffer tank with liquid level meter, it can be pumped to water storage tank automatically or back to the circulation to reuse.
4) Chemical dosing system to add chemicals in premixing tank and centrifuge package modular, all the accessories are installed in the container for convenient shipment and better production.

We have 3 standard models oil sludge treatment system for option, with 1m3/h, 5m3/h, 15m3/h, we can also design customized oil sludge treatment system for our clients. Our engineer will fly to client’s jobsite for first time installation and commissioning and training the client’s engineer.
Except for oil sludge separation system, we also produce automatical tank cleaning system, waste water treatment unit, oil water separator, slant plate clarifier. And we have vacuum pump to feed the water to the oil sludge separation system.
