Containerized Tank Cleaning Oil Sludge Treatment System for Europe Customer

One set of containerized tank cleaning oil sludge treatment system are shipped to Europe customer.

As an OEM manufacturer of oil sludge treatment system in China, GN solids control design and produce standard oil sludge treatment system to treat drilling waste, waste oil sludge, oily water, and other oil waste. We have GNOST-01, GNOST-05 & GNOST-15 oil sludge treatment system with treating capacity 1 ~2 m3/h, 5m3/h and 15m3/h. Also we can produce customized oil sludge treatment system as client’s special requirement. The purpose to use GN oil sludge treatment system is to reduce the drilling waste in volume before feeding to Thermal Desorption Unit and separate the oil, water and solids, so that the power consumption and operation cost will be reduced and the treatment efficiency of TDU will be also improved.


The technical configuration including:
1. 20ft containerized pre-mixing tank module, 2 sets
2. Double deck shale shaker separation module, including the double deck shale shaker with anti splash cover and flushing system, mud agitator, liquid level meter, 1 set


3. Fully Hydraulic drive decanter centrifuge two phase separation module, 1 set , 18 inch bowl diameter, bowl length 61 inch, the typical treating capacity is 60m3/h and dewatering capacity is 15m3/h, The main motor is 100HP, the fully hydraulic drive system is from VISCOTHERM brand. The full hydraulic drive decanter centrifuge can be used in high ambient temperature for heavy mud with flexible bowl and differential speed. The bowl main components are made of duplex stainless steel SS2304 by centrifugal casting, which is superior to the performance of SS304 and SS316L.
4. Chemical dosing unit module, 1 set

One batch of IEC explosion proof VFD decanter centrifuge are ready for shipment to Middle East, including VFD decanter centrifuge, VFD control panel, feeding pump and telescopic skid package.

3. The screw propeller is protected by tungsten carbide tiles and it is replaceable, the working life is much longer than hard facing wear resistant coating layer.

Mini Decanter Centrifuge and Drilling Mud Cleaning Equipment for Europe Client

One batch of mini decanter centrifuge and drilling mud cleaning equipments are ready for shipment to Europe client. The equipments list including:


4 sets of GNLW223D drilling mud mini decanter centrifuge packages, it consists of 9 inch diameter GNLW223D mini decanter centrifuge and fluids catching tank under the decanter centrifuge. GNLW223D decanter centrifuge is the popular model decanter centrifuge which has been widely used for diamond core drilling waste water treatment, the function is for water recovery to reduce the water consumption, and reduce the drilling waste, which is for environmental friendly and reduce the waste treatment cost. We have 2 models mini decanter centrifuge for option, GNLW223D is with max speed 4500rpm, typical bowl speed 3800rpm, max G force is 2492G, the bowl diameter is 9 inch, the bowl length is 26.4 inch; the superior configuration model is GNLW224-VFD, the bowl diameter is 9 inch, the bowl length is 36.4 inch, the max bowl speed is 5000rpm, the typical bowl speed is 0~ 4500rpm, the max G force is 3200G, the typical G force is 2492G, the water can be treated better and stay longer time inside the bowl, the treated water can be cleaner and discharged solids can be drier.

The treating capacity is up to 600gpm, the separation cut point is 25 microns, the mud cleaner used is GNZJ597K-12N which consists of 12ea of 4 inch desilter cone with double deck bottom shale shaker, the upper screen area is 2.05m2, the bottom screen area is 2.73m2, the tank effective volume is 15m3, and the total power consumption is 71.65KW.

2 Sets GNOST-15 Oil Sludge Treatment System for Asia Customer

Recently 2 sets of GNOST-15 Oil Sludge Treatment System are ready for shipment to Asia customer. Each set of GNOST-15 Oil Sludge Treatment System including the components as below:


1. Feeding pump module, to pick up the oil sludge from waste pit and transfer to pre-mixing tank
2. Pre-mixing tank module, the function is to diluting, washing, heating and mixing of the oil sludge, so that the solids can be separated from the liquids in the further process of shale shaker, decanter centrifuge and three phase decanter centrifuge.


3. Coarse shale shaker separation module, to separate the coarse solids and reduce the solids content of the oil sludge, to protect the further decanter centrifuge, if the solids content is very high, the decanter centrifuge screw will be damaged and blocked easily.
4. GNLW-554 two phase decanter centrifuge module, the fine solids can be separated out from the decanter centrifuge by adding chemicals by chemical dosing unit
5. GNLWS-554 three phase separation decanter centrifuge module, to separate the fine solids, water and oil. The recovered oil can be reused or to be sold, the water can be reused in the circulation system or sent to waste water treatment facility, the solids discharged from shale shaker, two phase decanter centrifuge and three phase decanter centrifuge will be collected and sent to TDU for final treatment.


6. Chemical dosing unit module, to add chemicals in pre-mixing tank and 2 phase decanter centrifuge to improve the separation efficiency
7. Steam generator module, to provide hot steam to pre-mixing tank heating line , shale shaker separation tank module heating line, two phase decanter centrifuge tank heating line. There are electrical driven steam generator and diesel driven steam generator for option.

Drilling Mud Recycling Unit and Decanter Centrifuges for overseas client

Recently one batch of drilling mud recycling unit and decanter centrifuges are ready for delivery to overseas client, including 2 sets of GNMS-500K drilling fluids recycling unit and 3 sets of GNLW364GT decanter centrifuge.
GNMS-500K drilling fluids recycling unit is economic type mud recycling system with treating capacity 500gpm. The technical configuration is as below:


Separation cut point 25 microns, total power is 25KW, and transferring tank volume is 3.4m3. With a mud cleaner GNZS754K-Y8N, adjustable G force ≤7.5 G, the top layer screen area 1.4m2, bottom layer screen area 1.4m2, 8ea of 4 inch desilter cone, desilter feeding pump GN100YZ100-30J. It is a compact design mud cleaning unit, which can be applied for trenchless HDD project, bored pile project, micro TBM, diamond drilling, water well drilling, etc.
Except for GNMS-500K drilling mud recycling unit, GN also produce GNMS-200K with treating capacity 200gpm, GNMS-1000K with treating capacity 1000gpm for drilling mud cleaning.


GNLW364GT decanter centrifuge is a 14 inch bowl T series dewatering decanter centrifuge, bowl length is 1520mm, bowl L/R ratio is 4.2, the max G force is 3200rpm, and max speed is 3964rpm, the T series decanter centrifuge bowl is interchangeable with Y series and C series bowl which is produced by GN solids control. The features is as below:
1. 8.5 degree beach angle to make the centrifuge cone section longer, so the drying and dewatering area is longer, which will improve the decanter centrifuge’s dewatering performance better, the discharged solids will be drier.
2. The centrifuge bowl is made of duplex stainless steel SS2205 or SS2304 by centrifugal casting, which is superior to the performance of SS304 and SS316L.
3. The screw propeller is protected by replaceable wear resistant alloy plate with longer service life
