What is the difference of high G drying shaker with vertical cuttings dryer?
1. Application difference: The high G drying shaker is normally used to treat water based drilling cuttings, the vertical cuttings dryer is normally used to treat oil based mud/ drilling cuttings.


2. Working principal difference: High G drying shaker ( also called as high G dryer) is high vibration G force shale shaker with fine mesh shaker screens. It is drived by 2ea vibration motors, the shaker screen is 4 pcs of 585x1165mm composite material frame shaker screens. When the water based drilling cuttings are feed to high G dryer buffer tank, the massive G force immediately pins solids against the fine screen mesh ( as fine as 200 mesh/74 microns).Liquid passes through the screen and is recovered, while dry solids are conveyed and out by augers.


Vertical cuttings dryer ( also called as verti-G dryer), when the OBM or SOBM wet cuttings are feed to verti G dryer feeding port by screw conveyor, A stainless steel screen basket traps wet solids and accelerates it up to 900rpm with up to 420G, the liquid is forced through screen openings, the dry solids are extracted by the angled flights attached to the rotor, which rotate slightly slower than the screen. The tungsten carbide protect the flights from abrasive solids and ensures longer operation life.
3. Treatment result is different.
The high G drying shaker can dry the WBM drilling cuttings with moisture less than 30% ~ 40%, the vertical cuttiings dryer can dry the SOBM drilling cuttings with OOC <5%, which can be sent to Thermal Desorption Unit for further treatment.

1. 3 sets of GNZS594K drilling mud shale shaker, it has 4 panel shaker screen, the vibration mode is linear motion, the reference flow rate is 140m3/h, it is drived by 2ea 1.94KW vibration motor, the vibration G force is adjustable and up to 7.5G, the total screen area is 2.73m2. The deck angle is adjustable from -1° to +5°.


2. 1 set of GNZJ594K-3S16N mud cleaner, this is a combo unit combined 3ea of 10 inch desander cone, 16ea of 4 inch desilter cone and bottom shale shaker. The treating capacity is 1500gpm.The bottom shale shaker model is GNZS594K, same with the linear motion shale shaker, the shaker screen is same 4 pcs of 585x1165mm shaker screens.

Hydrovac Slurry Separation System for America Client

Recently one set of hydrovac slurry separation system are ready for shipment to America client. The customized hydrovac slurry separation system including:
1. Coarse screening module, including feeding hopper with spray nozzle for hydrovac truck loading the materials. The top of the hopper has a big opening mesh and the discharge port is controlled by valves to feed to the coarse screening shaker.


The coarse shaker with a catch tank, 2 units mud agitators are installed at each side of the mud tank for better agitating. The submersible slurry pump can transfer the fluids which is discharged from coarse solids separation shaker, and feed to the next fine mesh shale shaker.
2. Fine mesh screening module, the fine mesh shale shaker and desilter mud cleaner are installed on the shaker tank, which can be divided into 2 compartments. The solids bigger than 300 microns can be separated out by the fine mesh shaker.


3. Desilter module, The fluids will drop into the mud tank under the shale shaker, then the desilter feeding pump feed the fluids to the desilter cone of the mud cleaner. The mud agitators are installed on the shaker tank. The desilter separation cut point is 15~40 microns.


4. Big bowl decanter centrifuge module, the big bowl decanter centrifuge with chemical dosing unit are installed on the telescopic skid, the mechanical separation cut point is 2~ 5 microns, with chemical dosing system, the ultra fine solids can be also separated out. The fluids catching tank under the skid can collect the centrifuge discharged fluids and a centrifugal pump can transfer the water to other tanks. The big bowl centrifuge is a 22 inch bowl and the bowl length is 71 inch, with a positive pressurized VFD control panel.

GNLW363D decanter centrifuge is the most popular high speed decanter centrifuge used for drilling mud treatment and drilling cuttings treatment. The bowl diameter is 14 inch, the bowl length is 50 inch, the designed treating capacity is 200gpm, and typical capacity is 132 gpm. The max bowl speed is 3900rpm, and typical bowl speed is 3200rpm.
