What equipments did GN Solids America showed at OTC 2025?
1. GNLW223D 9 inch Decanter Centrifuge: it has been widely used for diamond core drilling waste water treatment and fluids recycling, oil sludge treatment, tank cleaning, etc.applications. It Specially designed for small capacity, small footprint and fine solids separation.


2. GNSP-10B Sludge Vacuum Pump: it is a 100% air operated transfer pump used to transfer different materials such as oil sludge, drilling waste, contaminated soils and other solids in hazardous environments without electricity power requirement, especially suitable for electricity limited area. It can be also used as vacuum cleaner to pick up the splash waste from the rig floor, the movable design allow the vacuum pump to move easily. Except for GNSP-10B vacuum pump, we also have GNSP-20B and GNSP-40B vacuum pump for option with higher transfer flow.


3. Shale Shaker: High G force linear motion with 4pcs composite material frame shaker screens installed on the shale shaker, 2ea Martin brand vibration motors drived the shale shaker. Oil Sludge treatment equipments manufacturer in China

Oil sludge treatment equipments, Solids control equipments and drilling cuttings treatment equipments are major equipments produced by GN Solids Control. We can design and produce customized oil sludge treatment system and equipments as client’s requirement. Generally, GN oil sludge treatment system is to use chemicals to wash the oil sludge by heating to 60-70 C degree.


After treatment, the user will get required oil, water and solids. The recycled water will be reused in the circulation system, the recycled oil will be sold or for other use, the discharged solids will be send for final disposal or to further treatment unit.
The oil sludge from crude oil tank cleaning, refinery plant waste oil sludge, drilling waste sludge can be treated by the oil sludge treatment system, including sludge vacuum pump, pre-mixing & heating module, chemical dosing unit, coarse solids separation module, 2 phase decanter centrifuge separation module, 3 phase centrifuge separation module. The major equipments including: Double deck shale shaker, vacuum pump, 2 phase decanter centrifuge, 3 phase decanter centrifuge, screw pump, submersible slurry pump, mud tank with heating lines and accessories.


When using the vacuum pump to pick up the oil sludge from waste pit, an air compressor is used to supply air for the operation, it is a 100% air operated pump without electricity. The discharge horizontal distance is 500 ~1000m, if the outlet pipe size is bigger than inlet pipe size, the transfer distance will be sacrificed. The vertical picking up depth is less than 3m, the clear water picking up depth is up to 9vmeters.
