GNLW363D-FHD centrifuge is fully hydraulic drive. The bowl speed and conveyor speed is adjustable within the permitted range. It can achieve independent, stepless and large range speed regulation for the bowl and conveying. The bowl speed and conveyor speed during working is showing on the screen.
GNLW363D-FHD centrifuge is mainly composed of rotating assembly, hydraulic drive system and inlet and outlet interface device
Unlike conventional electric driven VFD decanter centrifuge, this fully hydraulic drive decanter centrifuge features a cutting edge hydraulic drive system. GNCD930G vertical cuttings dryer, it is a core piece of equipment for drilling waste management. Primarily designed to treat drill cuttings discharged from shale shakers when drilling with oil based or synthetic based mud, the cuttings dryer utilizes high speed centrifugal force to effectively remove residual liquid from cuttings. The GNCD930G is engineered to achieve an Oil on Cuttings (OOC) level as low as 3%–5%, meeting stringent environmental standards while allowing valuable oil-based mud to be reclaimed and returned to the drilling system

Solids Control equipments ready for delivery

One batch of solids control equipments are ready for delivery for our international client, this is the third time repeat order from the same client. The solids control equipments purchased is for their solids control service contract. The equipments list including:
1. Decanter centrifuge, GN solids control can produce both fixed speed decanter centrifuge and VFD decanter centrifuge, the most popular model is 14 inch bowl decanter centrifuge. It can be used for both solids control drilling fluids treatment and drilling waste treatment system.


2. Vertical cutting dryer, it can be used for oil based drilling cuttings treatment, after treatment, the oil on the cuttings could be reach below 5%.
3. Screw pump, we have fixed speed screw pump and variable speed screw pump, it can be used as decanter centrifuge feeding pump and vertical cuttings dryer flushing pump.


4. Screw conveyor, we have fixed speed screw conveyor and variable speed screw conveyor, it can be used to collect the drilling cuttings from solids control shale shaker, and transfer to vertical cuttings dryer feeding port.
5. Vacuum pump, it can be used to transfer drilling waste cuttings, also it can be used to collect spilled drilling waste from the rig platform.
6. High G drying shaker, it can be used to treat water based drilling cuttings, and it can be used to reduce the solids content from the drilling waste, so the treating capacity of the decanter centrifuge can be improved.
All equipment has undergone factory acceptance testing (FAT) and is packed in export-grade, weatherproof packaging to ensure safe ocean freight transit. Delivery is scheduled for next week, with a company technician available for remote or on-site commissioning assistance as part of the service contract agreement.

1. GN vertical cuttings dryer
Utilizing high-G force, this unit is engineered to recover valuable base oil or synthetic drilling fluids from OBM cuttings. By reducing the oil on cuttings content to less than 5% (by weight), the dryer not only saves significant fluid costs but also minimizes the environmental footprint of drilling operations—a critical factor for operators working in the sensitive desert and offshore environments of North Africa and the Middle East.


2. High speed decanter centrifuge
GN solids control is an OEM manufacturer of drilling fluids and drilling waste decanter centrifuge, we can produce high speed decanter centrifuge, middle speed decanter centrifuge, VFD decanter centrifuge, FHD decanter centrifuge. GN Decanter Centrifuge and Cuttings Dryer for Africa Drilling Company

One set of GN decanter centrifuge and vertical cuttings dryer are using for Africa drilling company. The equipments list including:
2 units of decanter centrifuge,model GNLW363D-VFD
1 unit of vertical cuttings dryer,model GNCD930G
Matched with screw conveyor, centrifuge feeding pump and vertical cuttings dryer flushing pump.


The screw conveyor GN produced including 10 inch, 12 inch, 14 inch, 16 inch and 18 inch diameter for option, each section standard length is 12 ft, we can use different quantity sections as per client’s requirement of transfer length, such as 12 ft, 24 ft, 36 ft, 48 ft, 2 sections are connected by pin shaft hanger. The screw conveyor can be fixed speed or variable speed( manually speed adjustable) to control the feeding rate. The screw propeller material is High Chrome Alloy Steel for longer working life.


According to the installation position and function of the screw conveyor, there are auger system for primary shale shaker discharge solids collection, desander desilter discharged solids collection, feeding to vertical cuttings dryer feed hopper, solids discharge auger for vertical cuttings dryer, solids discharge auger for decanter centrifuge, etc. The protection cover on the U type reinforcing beam could be closed steel plate or steel grating for option.
Additional safety protection of the screw conveyor:
1) Pull chord emergency stop with wire rope to be provided along the length of Augur for Emergency stop;
2) Audio / visual alarm system on the auger control panel which will be automatically activated once the power is switched on followed by the actual auger startup with a safety delay time. Audio / visual alarm system to be in the OFF mode after some time once the auger starts operation.
