One set of mud tank system are customized storage tank for oil drilling rig, each tank with 3 units of mud agitators, mud gun, handrails, stairs and sun proof cover.
The mixing tanks are skid mounted vertical cylindrical tanks with one unit mud agitator on top for mixing, one set hopper and one mixing pumps are installed on a separate skid, the mixing pumps are connected in parallel, the mixing pump can mix the mud from any of the tank, and the drilling fluids after mixing can be transferred to any of the tanks.
Each set of mud tanks are manufactured in strict accordance with international standards, utilizing high-grade materials and advanced welding techniques to guarantee durability, corrosion resistance, and leak-proof performance. Prior to release, every tank underwent rigorous pressure testing, structural integrity checks, and functional validation.
