Recently 4 sets of trenchless mud cleaning unit are ready for shipment to Asia client. Including, 2 sets of GNMS-1500D horizontal directional drilling mud cleaning unit, the treating capacity is 1500gpm / 360m3/h, the main equipments are GNZS707 double deck shale shaker with 2 units of 16 inch desander cone, 1 unit of centrifugal pump as feeding pump of desander cone, fluids catching tank and accessories, electric control system. The separation cut point is 45 microns. If you need finer solids separation, we can add desilter cone on top of the shale shaker with separation cut point 25 microns. The compact design desander unit can be applied for project which required high treating capacity treatment.
2 sets of GNMS-1000D horizontal directional drilling mud cleaning unit, the treating capacity is 1000gpm / 240m3/h , the main equipments are GNZS705 double deck shale shaker with 2 units of 10 inch desander cone, 1 unit of centrifugal pump GNSB6X5 as feeding pump of desander cone, fluids catching tank and accessories, electric control system. The separation cut point is 45 microns. The bottom screen area is 2.6m2, upper screen area is 1.35m2, the vibration strength is up to 7.3G which is adjustable.
Except for GNMS-1500D desander unit, GNMS-1000D mud cleaning unit, GN also produce desander unit with smaller capacity 500gpm, 200gpm, GNMS-200D and GNMS-500D. If the user need mixing unit, they can use a separate jet mixing unit skid with storage tank to prepare for new drilling mud. The submersible slurry pump pick up the slurry from mud pit and transfer to mud cleaning unit. The mud cleaning unit can be widely used for trenchless HDD project, bored pile project, Micro Tunnel Boring Machine, Diamond core drilling, water well drilling, etc.
