Recently GN sold its new oil sludge treatment plant. Now the oil sludge mainly comes from 3 resources: crude oil tank sludge, refinery plant waste oil sludge and drilling waste oil sludge. Oil sludge is the combination of oil, water and solids. If the oil can be effectively separated from the water and solids, it will generate great economy effect. GN’s oil sludge treatment plant is mainly used to separate the oil from the sludge, it includes the equipment as below: shale shaker, decanter centrifuge, oil water separator and thermal desorption. The shale shaker will used for the coarse separation, Decanter centrifuge is mainly used for two phase separation, to separate the oil and water from the solids. And oil and water separator is used to separate the oil from the water. And thermal desorption is used to separate the remaining oil on the solid and reduce the oil content down to 0.3%. Before you select the equipment, we will have a full questionnaire for you to fill out to help us finding the right configuration for you, such as where the oil sludge coming from, the content of the sludge, and the percentage for each content, what is the budget and so on.
That’s the brief introduction of the oil sludge treatment plant. Hopefully it will be useful to you.
