Recently one unit of oil sludge treatment decanter centrifuge with screw conveyor are ready for shipment to overseas client.

The model of oil sludge treatment decanter centrifuge is GNLW554ET-VFD, the VFD decanter centrifuge technical specification is as below:
Bowl diameter is 22 inch, the bowl length is 91 inch, the max speed is 3150rpm, the max G force is 3051G, the typical speed is 2800rpm, the typical speed is 2412G, the max treating capacity for water is up to 600gpm, and the typical capacity is 475gpm, when used for oil sludge treatment, the capacity with chemical additives is 88 gpm, with main motor 90KW and back drive motor 45KW. The treating capacity will be different based on different materials. Not only for 22 inch bowl centrifuge, GN also produce 9 inch bowl, 14 inch bowl, 18 inch bowl, 30 inch bowl decanter centrifuge for different applications, for 22 inch bowl diameter, we also have GNLW553-VFD centrifuge for oil sludge treatment. Their bowl length and cone angle is different which is designed as per treatment target. Necessary chemicals should be added to improve the separation efficiency of oil, water and solids.

The screw conveyor is used to transfer the discharged solids from centrifuge discharge trough to waste collection box, also it can be used to transfer drilling cuttings and other type fluids. The screw flights are made of wear resistant and thicker manganese steel, also the sprayed wear resistant coating can be optional for longer working life. The reinforce frame provide high strength to the complete screw conveyor for better installation. NSK OR FAG brand bearing provide longer service life, and the bearing seat is made of aluminum casting for steady working.

What products will GN show at OTC 2023?
1. ViST vacuum screen technology
ViST vacuum screen technology is mainly for recycle fluids and reduce waste during drilling. The purpose is to maximize the volume of recovered and reused fluids and provide much dryer cuttings. For the long term operation, ViST technology can save drilling cost and reduce waste management cost.
2. Shaker screen, not only for GN own shale shaker, but also replacement screens for other brand shale shaker.

3. Linear motion shale shaker, with 4 panel shaker screens
4. Drilling fluids cleaning decanter centrifuge, GN can provide 9 inch, 14 inch, 18 inch, 22 inch, 30 inch bowl centrifuge can produce different G force for your requirement.
5. Solids /sludge transfer vacuum pump, it can be used for many different applications, to transfer drilling mud, waste mud, waste solids, oil sludge, animal waste, sand, vessel bottom clean mud, hazardous waste, and dredging slurry, etc.

Recently one set of containerized vertical cuttings dryer system and containerized drilling fluids treatment decanter centrifuge unit are ready for shipment to overseas mud company for OBM drilling cuttings treatment. The system configuration is as below:

1. vertical cuttings dryer module including: GNCD930G vertical cuttings dryer, container to install the equipments inside it, screw conveyor which is used to collect drilling cuttings and transfer to vertical cuttings dryer, screw conveyor to collect the discharged cuttings from vertical cuttings dryer discharge port and transfer it to waste collection box, flushing pump for vertical cuttings dryer, lifting device for vertical cuttings dryer screen basket replacement, transfer tank, etc. All of the equipments are installed in the container with windows and doors. The purpose is for fast installation and convenient transportation, also it can meet the requirement for cold weather area use in Winter.

2. Decanter centrifuge module including: GNLW363D-VFD vertical cuttings dryer, container with window and doors, decanter centrifuge feeding pump, screw conveyor to collect the discharged solids from centrifuge discharge port and transfer to waste collection box. If without the container with special Insulation layer, the project in the area with low temperature in Winter will have to stop and wait till the fluids be unfreezed, the customized design can meet their requirement in special conditions.

Except for containerized vertical cuttings dryer and decanter centrifuge system, GN solids control can also provide skid mounted drilling waste management system for oil based mud drilling waste treatment. The features of skid mounted drilling waste management system is convenient operation, convenient transportation, high efficiency, economic cost. It can be lay on the drilling rig besides solids control system, or it can be installed in the drilling waste treatment facility, the screw conveyor system can be installed flexibly according to the layout and space limit.

Recently one batch of ViST Vacuum Triple Shale Shaker are ready for shipment to China drilling company. The Features of the ViST vacuum triple shale shaker are as below:
1. The 3 units of ViST vacuum shale shaker are installed on the same skid, to meet the requirement of quick installation and transportation.

2. The ViST vacuum shale shaker can select configuration of 1 set ViST for 1 shale shaker or 1 set ViST for 3 shale shakers.
3. The single shale shaker model is GNZS595J with Splash prevention system to avoid drilling waste splashing on the shale shaker.
4. The 3 single shale shakers are installed on one skid with possum belly, the control panel of the shale shaker are installed on both sides of the possum belly for convenient operation.
GNZJ595H-SHBJ shale shaker is a linear motion shale shaker, normal treating capacity for drilling fluids is 140m3/h, 2ea of explosion proof vibration motors drives the shale shaker and produce vibration G force up to 7.5G, with 5pcs of shaker screen 585x1165mm, the total screen area is 3.4m2, the mechanical deck angle adjustment range while working is -1º~+5º, the deck angle can be adjusted synchronously on both sides. We have different explosion proof standards for option: CNEX, ATEX or IEC EX for option. The shaker screens replacement is very convenient, by ratchet wrench for quick shaker screen disassemble and assemble. The side fluids outlet and bottom fluids outlet is optional , it can be used in different sites.

The ViST vacuum screen can be applied for OBM, SOBM, WBM, the recovery efficiency is up to 30% ~50%, it can be used for mud temperature -15 º to +85 º. It is air operated, no need electricity required.
