As an option of oil sludge waste water treatment equipment, inclined plate clarifier can replace the decanter centrifuge when the budget is limited, and the user can accept the high moisture in the discharged solids, and they have further treatment process to handle the waste. The oil water separator can replace the 3 phase centrifuge for low configuration option, when the user do not want to invest more for short period project. Both of the inclined plate clarifier and oil water separator have to use with chemical dosing system to add proper chemicals, this is to improve the efficiency of the separation.


The inclined plate clarifier can be used in different system for different applications, such as oil sludge separation system, waste water treatment unit, tank cleaning system, Power plant water treatment, Manufacturing process water, River water treatment, etc. We have different model with different flow rate for option from 7m3/h to 273m3/h.


The oil water separator normally used after the inclined plate clarifier to separate oil from water. The discharged water will be sent to waste water treatment facility for further treatment. We have different options with treating capacity from 6m3/h to 262m3/h.


The automatic tank cleaning system is a compact design closed loop system to continue clean the mud tanks, oil tanks, chemical tanks or slurry tanks. GN standard GNTC-30C tank cleaning system with 30m3/h treating capacity of waste water. The main equipment list including:

Automatic Tank Cleaning System manufacturer in China

The GNLW224EP decanter centrifuge is mainly used for waste water treatment when the user need to get very pure clean water, it works together with dewatering unit by adding chemicals to help to separate the ultra fine solids easier. The internal structure is different with the normal centrifuge used for drilling fluids or other kinds of sludge.
The max bowl speed is up to 5000rpm , with the gearbox ratio is 95:1, the max gearbox torque is 1400N.M., with a 7.5HP back drive motor and 15HP main motor, the used is very easily to adjust the differential speed by VFD control panel, the smaller of the differential speed, with the same bowl speed, the clearer of the discharged water, the drier of the discharged solids. The max G force is up to 3077G. The bowl length is 924mm, the bowl diameter is 220mm, the ratio is 4.2, it means, the material fluids can stay in the centrifuge bowl for longer time, with the adjustable pond depth, it will definitely treat the fluids much better and make the discharged water much cleaner.
Sometimes the material to be treated is high corrosion fluids, so the centrifuge fluids touch components should be with high corrosion resistance. For example, the screw is made of stainless steel 304 by heat treatment to 1000℃, the bowl material is all made of SS316L, the collection box is made of stainless steel 304.

GNOST-05A Oil Sludge Treatment Plant for Asia Client

Recently 1 set of oil sludge treatment plant is almost ready for shipment to Asia client, it is under testing in our facility before shipment. The treating capacity for oil sludge separation is 5 m3/h. We also have standard or customized designed oil sludge separation system with 1 m3/h and 15m3/h for option.


The general working process is as below:
GN sludge vacuum pump transfer the oil sludge from the waste pit/pond to the pre-mixing modular, the pre-mixing tank equipped with heating lines which can heat the oil sludge to increase the flowability of the oil sludge and increase the separation efficiency of the shale shaker, decanter centrifuge. By adding the chemicals, it will also increase the efficiency of the further process steps. 2 mud agitator and one submersible slurry pump are installed on the pre-mixing tank with electric control system.
Then the pre-treatment oil sludge is transferred to the shale shaker to separate the coarse solids by the submersible slurry pump, it also reduces the solids content of the oil sludge so that the centrifuge could separate the fine solids easily. The shaker screen is specially made with big opening to separate coarse solids to protect the decanter centrifuge.
The screw pump feed the oil sludge to the decanter centrifuge, the discharged fluids is flow to the 3 phase centrifuge to separate the oil and water. The clean water and pure oil is flow to the buffer tank , which will be pumped to the oil storage tank and water storage tank. The water can be used for the circulation again.
The 20ft container loading dewatering unit will be used when necessary with decanter centrifuge, the chemical jetting is to make the oil mixture easily separated by the decanter centrifuge.
