The drilling mud centrifugal pump can be used as drilling mud transfer pump, mud pump charging pump, trip pump, desander desilter feeding pump, water pump, mixing pump, etc., we produced different model drilling mud centrifugal pump for different flow rate and lifting head.
The mud agitator consists of heavy duty gearbox and explosion proof motor, which is connected directly, it will be installed on top of mud tank for drilling mud agitating, to prevent the solids deposition in the drilling fluids circulation system, to ensure stable performance and uniform mixing of drilling fluids.
Features of GN G version mud agitator:
1. The helical bevel type heavy duty gearbox runs smoothly with less noise.
2. The motor is directly connected to the input shaft of the gearbox without belt transmission, the speed of the mixing impeller is constant.
3. Compact foorprint and reliable operation.
4. High mixing strength and wide agitating range, avoiding the phenomenon of current overload when the motor starts.

The selection of motor power and impeller is usually determined based on the following points:
a. Mud tank type – cylinder or rectangle
b. Mud Tank size
c. Mud specific gravity
d. Rotation speed ratio
