The sections are connected by hanging bearing and shaft assembly.
    The screw flights are spray with wear resistant coating to prolong its service life. The reinforced frame outside the screw conveyor provides high strength to the complete conveyor, and the bearing is world famous brand NSK or FAG for longer working life. The shell cover plate is installed with rubber sealing gasket, which can prevent dust leakage during operation.

GNOST-15B Oil Sludge Treatment Equipment for Middle East Company

Recently one set of GNOST-15B oil sludge treatment equipments are ready for shipment for Middle East company, it consists of modules as below:
1. Transfer module: it suck the oil sludge and transfer to primary coarse shaker separation module to separate big solids.
2. Coarse shaker separation module: Classification Vibrating Screen GNLMP1236
3. Crusher module: to break the big solids into smaller piece, for easier separation of solids and transfer to pre-mixing tank.


4. Pre-mixing tank module: 2 units, the dimension is equivalent with 20ft container, the pre-mixing tank equipped with heating lines, mud agitator, submersible slurry pump, the user can use demulsifier or oil sludge surfactant according to the oil sludge conditions.
5. Fine solids screening module: oil sludge separation shale shaker GNZS706, which is a double deck shale shaker, the top layer screen is to separate the bigger solids, and the bottom layer screen is to separate the fine solids.


6. Solids liquid separation module: GNLW553D-VFD decanter centrifuge, adding with flocculants, the treating capacity of oil sludge is up to 20m3/h, to separate fine solids from the oil water mixture. The bowl diameter is 22 inch, the bowl length is 71 inch, the max speed is 3000rpm and max G force is 2719G. When use it to treat drilling fluids, max treating capacity is up to 500gpm.


7. Oil water separation module: GNSD-125 3 phase disc separator, to separate the oil, water and few solids, if necessary, proper demulsifier can be added for easy separation of oil and water, the oil can be recovery and water can be sent to waste water treatment facility or reused in the circulation system.
8. Chemical dosing unit: to prepare for oil sludge demulsifier, Oil sludge surfactant, flocculants.

GNLW764A big bowl decanter centrifuge, 2 units, the centrifuge bowl diameter is 30inch, and bowl length is 131 inch, the max speed is 2650rpm, the max G force is 3000G, the max treating capacity is 285m3/h, the typical capacity is 225m3/h, the dewatering capacity is 50m3/h, the main motor is 160KW, and back drive motor is 90KW.


GNZS706F double deck shale shaker, 2 units, top layer with 3pcs screen, 750x900mm; bottom layer with 3pcs screens, 700x1250mm, the total screen area is 4.63m2. 2ea vibration motor 1.94KW drived the double deck shale shaker and produce up to 7.3G vibration force. The vibeation mode is linear motion , the reference treating capacity for drilling fluids is 140m3/h ( 616gpm). The deck angle can be adjusted from -1° to +5°, we can provide CNEX or ATEX or IECEX explosion proof standard for option. The flowrate mentioned is for reference only. The double deck shale shaker can treat the slurry better compared with single deck shale shaker, the slurry will drop into the top layer screen firstly to separate coarse solids, then the bottom layer screen with fine mesh will separate the fine solids, the treated fluids drop into the mud tank. The centrifugal pump feed the slurry to desander, the separation cut point is 45 microns.

GNZS703F-12N desilter, 2 units, the fluids treated by desander dropped into the mud tank and the desilter centrifugal pump feed the fluids to desilter , the separation cut point is 15 microns.

GN Stack Vibrating Screen for Iron Ore made by GN Separation Company

Recently one unit of GN stack vibrating screen are used for Iron core separation and treatment.
GN stack vibrating screen is suitable for wet screening, classification and dehydration treatment of fine grained materials in mineral processing, coal preparation.


This unit with 2 layers screening, 2 vibration motor (normally from US Martin or Italy Oil brand ) drived the vibrating screen as linear motion. The model of oil sludge treatment decanter centrifuge is GNLW554ET-VFD, the VFD decanter centrifuge technical specification is as below:
Bowl diameter is 22 inch, the bowl length is 91 inch, the max speed is 3150rpm, the max G force is 3051G, the typical speed is 2800rpm, the typical speed is 2412G, the max treating capacity for water is up to 600gpm, and the typical capacity is 475gpm, when used for oil sludge treatment, the capacity with chemical additives is 88 gpm, with main motor 90KW and back drive motor 45KW.
