Right now, in GN head quarter near Beijing, in the ware house, there is a set of oil drilling mud system ready for shipment. This is a drilling mud system for a ZJ50 land rig and it will be used for India Drilling. This is for a complete drilling mud system with all necessary separation phases, the 4 phase of clarification and 5 phases separation.

The equipments in this drilling mud system include following:

  1. shale shakers of 3 sets, they are connected directly to the mud distributors and worked at same time. They are located on shaker tank. Recommended GN shale shaker.
  2. vacuum degasser, it follows the shale shakers and will be used to separate out the air bubbles from the drilling mud, it also plays a role as a big mud agitator and it helps to protect the centrifugal pumps for feeding the desander and desilter and also enhances the working efficiency of the hydrocyclone feeding pumps.
  3. desander and desilter, respectively of 10 inch cyclones and 4 inch cyclones. Recommended GN desander and desilters.
  4. decanter centrifuges, they are used for recovering the barite and for extra fine particles separation.

Decanter centrifuge have a good market in
the past five years. Many drilling company, mud service company, oil Service
Company become to accept and try China brand centrifuges. After they try GN
centrifuge at jobsite, they love the centrifuge and buy more. GN centrifuge can
work similar as US brand centrifuges, but the price is almost half of US brand centrifuge,
or even less. That is the main reason we can get more centrifuge orders from
big clients.

Vertical cuttings dryer is not that popular
as centrifuge, because this may necessary or may not necessary for various
countries. Some countries have strict environmental protection laws for oil
industry and the drilling contractor may need vertical cuttings dryer to treat
the drilling
waste management
. Some countries may not.

The
solids control system could eliminate the large solid particles within the
drilling mud to reduce the particular solids content so that to guard the

1 . Shale shaker unit GNZS594E-HB used for coarse strong particle separation.
This shale shaker unit could also be employed as a high G pressure drying
shaker
with variable G force up to 7. 4-panel screen makes a bigger area
for drying the actual drilling mud.
2 . VFD design decanter centrifuge device used for fine solids splitting up.
