Solids Control system shipped to Papua New Guinea by air

Recently GN Solids Control shipped one set of solids control system to Papua New Guinea by air. Because the project is very urgently, the client can not bear the long sea freight time, so they decide to ship it by air by a big cargo airplane. After arrived at Papua New Guinea, the user need to ship the solids control system by Helicopter because of the rough road condition there.

The technical configuration of the heli lifted solids control system is as below:
(1)1 set of mud gas separator with skid, during transportation, it is laying down for easy transportation.
（2）2 sets of linear motion shale shaker with 3 panel screens, all the shaker screens installed on the shale shaker and mud cleaner are composite material frame shaker screens for longer working life and better separation performance.

（3）1 sets of mud cleaner( desander cone, desilter cone and bottom shale shaker 3 in 1)， the treating capacity is 1000gpm, the desander cone qty is 2 ea, the desilter cone qty is 12 ea. 2 sets of centrifugal pump as feeding pump to feed drilling fluids for the desander and desilter. The centrifugal pump is interchangeable with world famous brand centrifugal pump, and the wear parts- pump case and impeller is made of hard ductile iron material for longer working life.

（4）1 set of trip tank with mud agitator and mud gun
（5）1 set of mixing tank with mixing hopper, mud agitator, mud gun ,the mud agitator is vertical installed mud agitator for space saving purpose and with higher efficiency.
（6）1 set of treatment tank equipped with shale shaker, mud clener
All the equipments are installed into the heli lifting frame for safety shipment and safety lifting by the helicopter.

1500HP Drilling Rig Solids Control System to India

1500 HP drilling rig solids control system is ready for shipment to India, this is not a complete solids control system, but the essential mud tank for the solids control system- shaker tank, the technical specification is as below:

1) 3 units of GNZS703F-SHBF shale shaker with 3pcs screens with composite material frame shaker screens
2) 1 unit of GNZJ703F-S2S12NF mud cleaner which is desander cone, desilter cone and under flow shale shaker which is the same model with shale shaker

3) 1 unit of horizontal vacuum degasser GNZCQ360A
4) 1 set of mud tank equipped the equipments mentioned above, the mud tank dimension is 14000 x2800x 2500mm, including the trip tank, sand trap, desander compartment, desilter compartment, degasser compartment
5) 2 units of centrifugal pump as feeding pump of desander and desilter
6) 1 unit of centrifugal pump as trip pump
7) 1 unit of mud gas separator GNZYQ1000A
8) 1 set of carbon steel material shed for sun proof, rain proof

The one mud tank design is to meet the client’s requirement to replace the old shaker tank, and the remained part of the existing solids control system is still in usage. All the necessary connection dimensions can fit with each other through good communication with clients. The explosion proof electric control system is equipped to control all the electric motors in the system and the big motors are controlled in the MCC at client’s rig site.

1. Compact design and small footprint, with its vertical structure, the centrifugal degasser could be installed firmly as a very compact equipment , which will leave more space on tank surface for other solid control equipment.
2. Energy saving. The centrifugal degasser is no longer needing a vacuum pump to produce vacuum for removing the cut-in gas out of the mud which will save a lot of energy. And no extra feeding pump is needed for transferring the drilling mud into the degasser unit, which is also a cost and energy saving solution.
3. The impellers could also be used as agitators for preventing the solids settling at the bottom of the tank.
The centrifugal degasser is mainly composted of transmission unit, impelling unit, gas flow manifold, pressurizing unit, coarse piece separating unit and fixing pieces. The structure is simple and it could be manufactured in a short time to guarantee the requirement of some urgent delivery.

GN Mud Tank System Delivered to India for ZJ50

Right now, in GN head quarter near Beijing, in the ware house, there is a set of oil drilling mud system ready for shipment. This is a drilling mud system for a ZJ50 land rig and it will be used for India Drilling. This is for a complete drilling mud system with all necessary separation phases, the 4 phase of clarification and 5 phases separation.

The equipments in this drilling mud system include following:

shale shakers of 3 sets, they are connected directly to the mud distributors and worked at same time. They are located on shaker tank. Recommended GN shale shaker.
vacuum degasser, it follows the shale shakers and will be used to separate out the air bubbles from the drilling mud, it also plays a role as a big mud agitator and it helps to protect the centrifugal pumps for feeding the desander and desilter and also enhances the working efficiency of the hydrocyclone feeding pumps.
