4 packages of baby decanter centrifuges are ready for delivery to Europe client for solids liquid separation project. The technical configuration is as below:
1. Baby decanter centrifuge GNLW223, the bowl diameter is 9 inch, the bowl length is 26.4 inch, the max speed is 4500rpm, the typical speed is 3800rpm, the reference treating capacity is 130L/min, the max G force is up to 2492G, the typical capacity is 100L/min, the dewatering capacity is 1 ~2 m3/h, the main motor is 15HP. The another baby decanter centrifuge is GNLW224-VFD, which is variable speed decanter centrifuge, the bowl diameter is same 9 inch, the bowl length is 36.4 inch, the max speed is 5000rpm, the typical speed is 0 ~ 4500rpm, the max G force is 3200G, the typical G force is 2492G.
2. Centrifuge fluids catching tank, the decanter centrifuge are installed on a stand which is put on the fluids catching tank.
The mini centrifuge are widely used for diamond core drilling waste water treatment project, the purpose to use the mini centrifuge package is to recovery more water and reduce water consumption of the water, which is environmental friendly and drilling cost saving solution, reduce the cost of waste transportation equipment, reduce drilling waste disposal cost. Also it can be used for oil sludge treatment system for solids liquid separation as dewatering centrifuge with chemical dosing unit.
Except for the mini centrifuge package, GN also provide complete solids removal unit, track mounted mud system and hydraulic centrifuge system, the main equipment is baby decanter centrifuge. All of them are skid modular design, easy for installation and transportation.
