Recently one batch of solids control equipments are ready for shipment to our Indonesia client, it is for 4 sets drilling rig solids control system. The solids control equipments are separately from the drilling rig package and mud tank system. Each set drilling rig solids control equipments including 2 units of GNZS594J-SHBJ linear motion shale shaker, 1 unit of mini desander GNZS752J-2S, 1 unit of mini desilter GNZS752J-12N, 1 unit of mud gas separator GNZYQ-1000A, several units of mud agitators, etc.


We can provide different type of desander and desilter according to clients’ requirement, we have desander unit without bottom shaker, which can be used separately as desander, we also have desander unit with bottom shaker, as desander cleaner, the bottom shaker can be mini shaker or GNZS594J-SHBJ 4 panel shale shaker, when mini shaker is utilized, the mini desander unit can be used for the low treating capacity condition, like 500gpm, 1000gpm. It is recommend to use the big shaker( 4 panel underflow shaker) for the high treating capacity desander, as 1500gpm.


The same as desilter unit, mini underflow shaker can be utilized for 500gpm, 1000 gpm, GNZS594J-SHBJ 4 panel shale shaker can be applied for 1500gpm. Compared with the desander desilter unit without bottom shaker, the mini desander unit and mini desilter unit can recycle more useful drilling fluids and get drier drilling cuttings.
Except for separate mini desander and mini desilter, we can also provide 3 phase separation mud cleaner, which is a combination of desander cone, desilter cone and bottom shale shaker. 2 ea of centrifugal pump will be used as the feeding pump of desander cone and desilter cone.

The mud cleaner with treating capacity 500gpm, 1000gpm, 1500gpm for option, we will use different quantity desander cone and desilter cone according to your requirement, the desander cone and desilter cone are made of 100% polyurethane material for better wear resistance. The bottom shale shaker is normally same with primary shale shaker with same dimension shaker screen. We can provide CNEX, ATEX, IEC EX explosion proof standard for your option.


The desander unit and desilter unit including 2 types, one is without underflow shaker, the other one is with bottom shaker, both of them can be used separately.


Vacuum degasser produced by GN is a self-contained horizontal type vacuum degasser, it do not need an extra jetting pump, it can be used to separate the gas from the gas cut drilling mud, to prevent the further equipment be damaged by the hazardous gas. Through the suction of the vacuum pump and the separation of the gas-water separator, gas is discharged to a safe area through the exhaust pipe, and mud is discharged from the mud outlet.
